    Always manual mode kahit traffic

3.And ano po difference sa fuel efficiency ng automatic pag ginamit in manual mode?
Since mura diesel not sure with the difference pero mas control ko kasi yung power band kapag manual

Hi boss. Saan nabibili Yung osulee?

it will not solve your problem even if you install the osulee. Believe me. I have sold my Carens after 3 mos. I could not tolerate the suspension. Matagtag at meron "tug tug" sounds sa malalalim na lubak.

Mas solid naman na body and suspension ng new carens. And i can say this after driving both for thousands of kilometer behind the wheel of each. Ang sinasabi ata ni ser "iamjohn" ay dahil sa stiff leggedness ng new Carens and abt 60% of that is due to low profile 45series tires. The other is needs further enhancement and selection of ordinary gas struts vs mono-tube shocks that's offered in other country's...

Yun ser ay dahil sa aggressive tuning ng spring and dampers ng PHIL. Specs. Di po kalampag 'yun....

Change to wider & bigger tires will help. Saka use of Springs and Dampers for the 18" specs should both help.

Sir, i have a hard time deciding. Going to buy my first diesel car. Deciding on a ford ranger or Kia Soul. Both almost the same value of around 1.1-1.2M and both on my shortlist. I've been test driving both for almost a month now; and discovering each car having its own advantage. I love the quietness and refined Diesel engine of the soul. I know I will be saving a lot from gas expenses with this car but it lacks the presence on the road. On the other hand, the ranger has a solid look. It can tackle our country's streets and floods but the engine clatters like a jeepney (imo).

I would like to get your opinion because your choices are quite similar to mine. Are there differences with engine refinement and driving dynamics? I'm leaning towards the ford based on my points system. But the bottom line is, I just want to end up with a car that is more enjoyable to drive.

What are the factors that made you choose the Carens over Montero and the fortuner? Thanks in advance sir!

Hi sir ganyan din naging problem ko before. Eto naging choices ko.

Mitsubishi Mirage G4 TOTL- IMO best cabin space sa segment nya. Good handling fuel efficient, Large trunk space, Good overall package. Functionality and technology (9/10) (ayaw ni Misis ng looks kaya tapos na kaagad ang laban)

Hyundai accent CRDI Sedan Manual- 1.6 UII CRDI engine, VGT, Large trunk space,CVT (Manual- Since iiwan kay Misis yun car and first time driver mahirapan sya mag adjust sa driving and gusto ko magamit nya kaagad)

Honda City Base model- Good looks, CVT (Over priced IMO Test driven both the g4 and the City and i expected much more sa City since more than 100k ang diff)

Hyundai Accent Hatch TOTL- 1.6 UII CRDI engine, VGT, Good looks, Good safety features, Decent space (Over priced IMO If 868 or 878th sana sya Ok na ok sana sya. ok lang sana yun price nya if 6AT pati yun rear seats uncomfortable compared sa G4 and City)

Ford Ecosport DCT TOTL- Good pricing, Decent looks, Water wading capability (Not a fan of the cabin space and yun areas na pinupuntahan namin most of the time hindi flood prone kaya no use and under powered if dinala nila sana yun Diesel version ibang usapan na.)

Kia Carens 1.7 CRDI 6AT Base- UII CRDI engine Good looks, Good handling, Large space (Family of three lang kami kahit maging 4 kami it's still too much and since wide body ako parang medyo tight yun hug nung front driver and passenger seat para sa akin.)

Ford Ranger 2.2 AT- Malaki, Macho looks, Water Wading Capability, Powerful engine , 6AT (Sayang yun Bed sa likod since wala kaming pagagamitan, No need for a powerful engine since Hindi naman kami nag heavy load all the time, Hindi rin kailangan sa baha.

Kia Soul 1.6 CRDI AT- UII crdi engine, 6AT, Very good looks (depende sa tumitingin hehehe!), Good pricing, very large Cabin space (nakakaloko yun laki Fact:mas malapad siya sa Everest ng 12mm and mas malaki yun rear leg room niya kaysa sa Sportage), Very Good Cargo space. (Meron sana silang dinagdag na ibang accessories pero overall this cuv is a very very good purchase. -Eto pala yun binili
    namin

    Factors I considered
1.Wife (first time driver maiiwan sa kanya most of the time)- Kaya AT
2.Comfort and Space- Family of 3 occasionally 5 (pag kasama in laws)
Proper warm up and cooldown lang tatagal yun turbo and yun engine basta wag mo palagpasin ng 10k yun change oil. Kia soul and hyundai accent iisa lang ang engine.
4.Fuel Efficiency- Mahilig kami mag road trip. and puro national Hi-way.
*road presence factor- To be honest para sa akin nasa driver yun. Universal truth walang gustong mabunggo at ma hassle. Meron 1 time a couple of months ago sa UN ave meron nagmamadaling ford ranger (Media) na gusto akong gitgitin hindi ako nagpagitgit instead dumikit ako. Since sya ang nasa mali and alam nya pag tinamaan nya yun kotse sya ang magbabayad and hassle din sa kanya. kaya nag back-off sya. Of course meron din percentage talaga na mga drivers na walang pakialam malas lang talaga pag maka chempo ka nun ganun klaseng driver.
