Its a really nice minivan. This is a lot better than its Starex cousin.

Add a little more and get the Honda Odyssey.

Yeah, and the Odyssey should be easier to park but the low ground clearance is a worry.

The preference, these days, of putting captain's chair in the 2nd row is annoying to me, I want that extra middle row seat.

Fully agree with you. Waited for this to replace my 2008 EX LWB, but am turned off by the captain seats. Odyssey considered but, with a full load of 7, there is no room for baggage. Am still hoping that an 8-seater Carnival will be released.

I just saw an 11 seater in Alabang dealer. It has two fixed bench rows behind the driver and front passenger, then the last (fourth) row are the seats that fold flat in the floor. I wasn't able to sit inside but I imagine it will be very tight. Price daw is around P1.9M. Seat finish is cloth, not leather, and no sunroof. Service guys were not sure if transmission is AT or MT. Ok sana ito if they just did away with the third bench row.

Same here. I want that extra middle row seat. I looked at the Odyssey but, with a full load of 7 pax, there is no room for baggage. Am still hoping that Kia will release an 8-seater version, like the one in the brochure posted in their website.

Starex lang sana kukunin ko pero ayaw ng wife ko kaya sa carnival ako bumagsak.

No regrets na ito kinuha ko kahit medyo pricey ☺

Yes, 7 seater yung akin. Last June ko lang siya nakuha.

Pero if may 11 seater na Carnival noong time na yun, 11 seater ang kukunin ko. 700k difference din kasi.
