    Ford eco sport 1.5 at bigger body mini suv got 13.5km/l highway vs. kia rio 1.4at got 9-10km/l nasaan ang hustisya nito? I think d solution is to sell or suli sa kia hehehehe....bad bad bad kia....sabi sa kia personl matipid daw nakaka inis ipapa hiram ko sa kanya tong auto para malalaman niya......xperience nalang ito btter luck next tym....

    Planning to get a Rio, mas promo kasi na 65k cash out. Rio HB, okay ba eto? Baka naman mala V8 consumption neto sa Gas.
    ANo ba mga kailangan ko i check at ano dapat ko paghandaan dito?

    aside from fuel economy concerns, are there any other major common issues with the Rio?

    I'm planning to get a second hand 2013 HB as my daily beater. Thanks.

    well the 4-speed auto transmission is a negative for me. :D other than that, the HB is fully loaded and does its job as a daily driver. May advisory din CAC early last year to use 93+ as a minimum fuel requirement.

    How is the 4AT a negative? Low tech Kasi torque converted and 4 speed Lang? or sirain ba?

    No issues for me sa fuel. Kahit blaze pa hehe. Thanks in advance!

    Manual computation ko ang average ng city ay mga 8.5-10km/L. sa Hway dun tlga mas okay ang RIO. Malaking tulong guys makatipid yung pag-observe ng driving habits and pag-gas ng higher octane(RON)..

    Grabe talag Kia Rio Hatchback... nagkarga ako ng 20 liters umabot lang ng 130km....

    That's 6.5km/liter.

    Dapat isama tayo dun sa refund na ginawa ng Kia sa US dahil lumalabas di naman talaga fuel-efficient mga kotse nila!

    May refund pala nangyari sa US sir?6-6.5km/l ac 23-25 pag ac 18-20 ay only 5km/l sa hway naman 10km/l lang talaga...

    Kia rio 6speed manual 1.4cc,150km odo reading presently, break-in pa. Took the trip pasig to tagaytay via aguinaldo highway, marami mga medium trapik sections along the way. Compute ko mga 10.6 km per liter fc. Shell nitro 95 ron. Ok na?

    Day and time of trip pala was 930 am to about 1230pm, saturday. Speed at 60 to 80 kph, 1.5 to 3 rpm. Aircon at 1 blower and 3/4 thermostat.
