Well as a Car Owner, we will understand if this is the case for Cyberian. Just for the sake of getting a better deal, we can compromise di ba? But for Kia, won't it be better if they will be upfront sa customers? We consumers will appreciate it better if we know that problems are being addressed rather than being covered up. Mas mapapasama sila kung ganito ang nangyayari. If Kia wants to cut losses then ito nga gagawin nila, but if they want to prove Kia's quality, then they should be transparent to the problems and the solutions they are providing customers.
