Btw, pwede pala USB Stick lang dun sa iPod interface Kala ko Apple products lang pwede. So now I just copy MP3s on a USB stick, sort by folders and ok na. No need to mess with so many CDs

nah! I love My Sorento! hahaha! hindi ko din masyado gusto ang Sportage e, I only like the back end of the Sportage. yung harap mas gusto ko pa rin yung sa Sorento. plus the space. hehe!

Gents, nakita ninyo yung review ng Sportage natin sa latest Top Gear magazine? Unfortunately, hindi masyado maganda. Underpowered daw and unresponsive. I don't think its that bad. Has anybody driven both the Tucson and Sportage 2.0 gas engines to compare power and handling?

Top Gear Reviewed the AWD version kaya mabagal. Heavier kasi tapos 2.0 engine. I think most of the owners here bought the 4x2 version. I am satisfied with the engine response and way better compared to the current 4x2 crv which is really slow. Honda downgraded the engine for the current 4x2 to SOHC compared to the 2nd generation CRV which has a DOHC engine.

Thanks sa comments regarding the top gear review. Awd pala kaya siguro mas hirap yung engine. Personally i'm really happy with my sportage, tama kayo, hard to beat for value, features and gorgeous looks :-). Sarap pala ng feeling ng "admiring stares" from bystanders and car enthusiasts alike!
One question- yung theta II ba natin is the same one in the turbo gasoline version (SX) sold in other markets?
By the way, have you seen the sportage thread on kia-forums.com? Lots of interesting discussions there.

You da man Starex_Gold, thanks for the info. Naisip ko lang, sarap magpa turbo din, was wondering if our engine could handle it without having reliability issues.

Siguro naman kakayanin ng engine natin.

Pero marami-rami ka pa papalitan. Parang 4B11 din kasi yung Theta II engine.

Expect mo gagastos ka ng 250K to 300K. May kasama ako sa Tucson.PH dapat i-tuturbo yung Theta II niya kaso nagkatamaran na

Gents, has anyone tried installing a light (kahit ordinary bulb) on our "inner" tail light ( yung nasa hatch ) ?

Haha... ganyan talaga pag bago ... alaga sa linis... tama ka rin, wala pa long distance trip, mga nearby lang

*renzo.... grabe naman 10kms...11 km mo naman haha...

naka 300km plus naman siya....

Gamit-gamitin naman yan! hahaha

Halatang bigtime maraming ibang pwede gamitin kaya stand by lang si Sportage sa garahe. Yung sa amin 1500kms na. Haha

Isa yan sa project na gagawin ko. Plan ko 3 watt na LED bulb ang ilagay doon tsaka palitan din ng 3 watt LED bulb yung sa brake lights.

Pati na rin yung third brake lights gawin na LED para nakaka-silaw
