That is the same discount I was offered.
After talking more with different kia branches found out lalabas na yng 2014 model. And same price lang daw sila.

What I was told, different grill, fog lamps, tail lamp, rear air con. Sadly no DRL.
Pretty much what is here I guess.

The main perk over the gasoline variant is the torque I guess and the fuel economy during long trips. But during heavy traffic, it's only very slightly better than my civic (B18 R).

Averaging 14kms/hr on 28kms trips daily from cubao to pasay to cubao trips average to 2hrs one way) the gauge shows an average of 14kms/100L... that was on a full tank of fuel down to a little lower than ¼ tank.

Yes sir. But it's like travelling 7kms/hr stop-and-go gapang traffic... imagine travelling 2hrs to cover 14kms. Medyo kawawa nga tuloy makina. Baka puro carbon na. Hehe.

But on a trip from cubao to san juan, batangas it managed 6-ish liters/100kms cruising most of the time. That would be 16kms/liter. My old civic does only 11kms/liter in that type of trip. I guess pwede na rin.

Nagcocompare lang din ako ng gas and crdi variants. Aside from the engine ano nagpapasulit sa 135k price diff aside from speed? My mileage is not that big din kasi to really offset fuel consumption.

Wondering why some kia branches are calling the 2014 crdi a downgrade. Mainly the drl and parking sensors were removed but you get rear aircon vents.
Could be just to sell their remaining stocks of the current model?
Still yet to see the actual units though as it is not yet in showrooms.

Hi Sir, same tail light ata ang gagamitin din, exled tapos sa tail light mo retrofit, whole day ang intayan. Yung sa akin po complete assembly half day lang pero expensive lang ng konti, sir gary rin naglagay.

Mukhang may limited sale ang Sportage this January lang ah. ang laki ng discount sa mga gas models. up to 400k less sa totl!

Nakita ko din to. 60k lang diff sa MT. Smh. Malamang dahil parating na face lifted model.

i read somewhere that there is a 2014 sportage model coming out with some minor changes. I'm not sure if the Philippines will be getting this upgraded model this year. Have you guys heard of anything regarding this?

Sir, yung atleast 7kml na fc nyo po is heavy traffic sa manila? Like bumper to bumper?

And yung 8.5kml nyo po is cruise driving sa city?

Im considering po the sportage gas over ecosport...

by the way im from cebu so maybe tataas fc ng sportage given that hindi ganun ka traffic naman sa cebu...

I also need further inputs on this. My wife is also considering to get the Sportage 4x2 2.0 gas model. Is 7 km/L the lowest you get in city driving conditions? Does your route include normal traffic congested areas like EDSA or Makati CBD area? Thanks.
