Sa front and passenger door.nasa mismong pinto yata?
Sana may maka discover sa inyo ng solution and pa share if ever. Thanks!!!
Same here.
Just want to share my experience: I had my 22.5K PMS a month ago, and my front brake pads were due for replacement. I talked to the branch owner and the service manager and had them install the brake pads for KIA Carens (Part No. 58101-1DA00)
instead of he one for the Sportage (Part No. 58101-2SA70). The one for Carens in exactly same dimension, iba lang ng konti ang wear indicator and very slightly thinner than the one for Sportage. Mas mura din ng konti. But a major difference is the color. The Carens is lighter in color compared to the very dark Sportage pad (which leave a dark dirty smudge on your fingertip if you run it across the pad surface). Initial observation, parang slightly weak ang braking (imagination?) and a little spongy ang feel ng pedal. Brought it back to Kia LP few days later, and pointed out that the friction marks on the disc suggested that not the entire pad surface was making full contact with the disc surface. I was assured by service that the slightly spongy feel of the pedal as well as the incomplete marks on the disc is normal kasi the new pad surface isn't making complete contact with the disc yet. True enough, after a few more days, kumpleto na ang marks ng pads sa discs, and mas normal na ang feel ng pedal and braking. And the best observation is NO MORE DARK BRAKE DUST. I don't know if what I did is totally safe or reliable down the road, but for anyone who wishes to try the same should do so at their own risk
Thanks to SG who first reported having the Carens pads installed in his Tucson with the resulting disappearance of brake dust. I even used the pic he posted (same one I posted now) to show to the dealer the exact part I need.
And magkano kaya aabutin ng 7,500mileage PMS?
Thanks!!!
[QUOTE=IceT;2229615]Sir Dockiks,
