    after replacing spark plugs,oil filter, engine oil, head gasket and refacing the cylinder head.. problem gets worst... my only problem before is leaking water and smoke are white... but after doing the job done.. still water mixing and smoke still white and now the power of engine is low cant go uphill unlike before..i already re check torque after the engine runs for 4 hours and cold down over night..

    i follow this settings and sequence

    head bolt torque for 4K engine is: 5.4 - 6.6 kg-m (40 - 47 ft-lb), in this
    sequence:
    front < 8 6 1 3 9
    10 4 2 5 7
    torque for the valve rocker support bolts: 1.8-2.4 kg-m (14-17 ft-lb).
    0.20mm inlet and 0.30mm warm

    How much did they shave off the head? Might be too much.

    Best pull off the gasket. Definitely didn't set right.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

    Pina hydro-test nyo ba ang cylinder head para malaman kung may crack or wala?

    You only reface the cylinder head if there is proof of warpage. Or if the mating face with the engine block is already pitted (wear and tear) coolant oxidation etc.

    di po namin pina hydro test..nag umpisa po problema nung nag over heat sya.. pero malakas sya humatak kahit puti usok.. isang taon pa nagamit.. gang sa nag decide kami palitan gasket yun lumala na po prblema... tas baklas ulit namin bili ulit new gasket tas pina reface na po namin yung head tas change oil ulit ..pero yun na po di na talaga tumino.. poseble po ba na may crack na head.. kahit maayos naman dati lakas ng hatak gang sa nagpalit lang ng gasket nawala na po power???

    may ibang way po ba liban sa hydro check para makita saan crack... kung sakali may crack kaya po ba ng machine shops or replace na ng head???

    May pressure tester ang mga machine shop para sa cylinder head.

    Depende sa location at size ng crack yan, kung pwede pa alloy welding or replace na.

    Saan ba location ninyo sir?

    Ah ok. I think meron mga malaki na machine shop dyan sa Baguio, tanong mo kung may hydro-tester sila para sa cylinder head.

    or palit ka na makina ng LiteAce 5K.

    kung sakali po mag palit ng boong engine sasakto kaya yung transmission ko or kailangan din po mag palit ng transmission??
