what is the advantage of egr blanking? Why almost all are doing this?
had my alternator repaired due to not charging anymore. Now I know how to remove and put it back.
my ride is 2001 Crosswind XTO with 150k ODO. this week i had my nozzle serviced at Mr. Diesel Calibration
at Pasig. Share ko lang for the past 7 years itong ride ko hindi naman gaanong mausok pag high rev lang
parang black with a little white smoke and maayos naman power i have no issues except yung mabahong
amoy ng usok like unburned fuel. lately malala na ( the smoke i think will still pass naman sa mga nanghuhuli ng smoke belching) iba na amoy and i felt my fuel consumption is higher than a few months back. So i pinacheck ko sabi ng calibration okay naman hind naman mausok and clean lang ng nozzle injectors. after cleaning nawala yung malakas na amoy ng unburned fuel and nawala usok, I rev it hard
walang usok. I was surprised i thought after cleaning may usok pa rin kahit kaunti. even my companion who
is a mechanic was surprised. observe ko fuel consumption ko these coming days.
Also last week i replaced my Evaporator. actually hindi naman sira yung luma, hirap lang magpalamig on
a hot day. puede sana cleaning lang but suggest ng aircon tech better to replace na lang kasi na repair na niya dati yung evap. have it serviced at Cool Attack Pasig. so far malamig naman
nka tambay at d tumatakbo since may dahil sa ECU nya may problema at d ko alam kung anong dahilan at d nman natamaan ng baha.model 2008 pa lng yon.pinagawa ko yong ecu bka sakali magawan pa ng paraan pro wala pa rin.at bago ko pala pnagawa ang ecu ko sinalpakan ko muna ng ecu sa kasama na may dmax at gumana nman.

Binisita si Hi-Lander sa shop, under observation pa kasi namamatay pa din engine kahit napalitan na hand pump and overhauled injection pump. 😓
baka marumi na masyado fuel tank, yung sa kin kasi, ganun, namamatay pag mataas masyado RPM tapos bigla ako ng neutral, or in the process to change gear pero natagalan akong mag engage to next lower gear, namamatay engine habang tumatakbo. May nag advice dito na pa clean daw fuel tank. Though sa kin, di ko pa nagawa, yung ginawa ko lang nilinis ko sedimeter (dun na din yata hand pump), nakita ko may mga nakabarang debris ng kalawang dun sa water separator IN pipe, so may tendency talaga na maubusan ng fuel (theory ko lang) kaya namamatay. Since di ko pa napalinis fuel tank, and meron akong nabili na inline fuel filter, nilagay ko to sa INtake ng water sedimeter, so kibali dalawa na fuel filter ok, so far nag ok naman, though minsan namamatayan pa rin pero re-engage lang + accelarator, nakakarecover naman ang makina.
