    hindi kumakagat yung 3rd gear. ano kaya problem nito? isuzu crosswind 2003 po siya

    manual tranny? and just the 3rd gear?

    Could be the gear itself. Use and abuse could have damaged the gear. Fixing it would need to replace the 3rd/4th gear and that would require the entire tranny to be pulled down.
