to trooper masters, pls. share your expertise on the ff;
1. best shop to handle underchaz repair for minor kalampag for the 2002 trooper, sana yung reasonable price medyo less than isuzu shops. notice ko kasi pag nadadaan ako ng metal guide/reflector sa highway, di na solid ang tunog di kagaya nung bago.
2. do you think reliable yung nasa booklet ng trooper na 200t km. ang replacement ng timing belts.

1) What kind of noise do you hear? Is it like rubber squeaks or metal sounding?
2) What's the total mileage of trooper?
3) On timing belt replacement- best to ask a reliable casa on their experience with this service.

Kung pwede ko lang i recommend yung talyer namin..... kaya lang.... Wala ko mekaniko lahat nasa dealer

Trooper's underchassis is nothing special. Same lang ang design with Pajero. Yung front suspension kapareho din ng halos lahat ng compact pick ups sa market today.

I guess any good shop can diagnose it.

I'm not really fond of going over 100 thou Kms. on a timing belt. But better ask the dealer regarding this. Baka extra heavy duty ang belt ng Trooper or something.

1. medyo metallic yung sound more noticeable pag tumatama sa road reflectores na may metallic housing sa highway. otherwise ok naman sya kahit butas butas ang daan. ano kaya to bushing? shocks? others? 91thou plus na mileage ko medyo malakas ako bumaviaje e. gusto ko sana solid ulit ang tunog gaya nung bago.

2. saan kayang shop nakakabili ng original isuzu parts? BOKNOYXTRM baka mapuntahan kita saan ba shop mo? san fernando city la union pa ako manggagaling e pare ma sked ko sa yo in advance kung sakali.

3. gusto ko sana papalitan na timing belts ko rin. magkano kaya?

Ang pagkaalam ko trooper doesnt use timing belts... timing gear ata ang gamit sa trooper 4jx1-tc na makina. So there is no changing needed? Tama ba?
