guys,
A shop in Paranaque is selling me a Pittman's Arm for 9000 pesos plus labor 1200. My unit is an Isuzu Bighorn 2002 (converted). Is this just the right price or this is too high? Are there other shops that I can i get this part?

are you sure pittman arm lang yung Php9,000? baka me kasama pa iba? parang mahal. bakit mo nga pala papalitan?
Yes Sir. Pittman arm lang talaga un. Hiwalay pa ung labor and they quoted 1200 for it so it's a total of 10200
By the way, kaya ko siya papalitan is because sobrang laki na ng butas nya.
Do you suggestions on where i can buy this? or would you know how much itong part na ito?
sir,
pa pm naman po how much total nagastos nyo. try ko rin research how much kano buong gear box. thanks!
Bro, you do not have to replace your pit man arm. Bring you old pitman arm and a tie rod to a machine shop and have them insert a sleeve or bushings. They will drill the old hole bigger and fabricate a sleeve. The inner portion of the sleeve will be based on the tie rod end. I have done this on the pit man arm and knuckle of my patrol. Machine shop here in balayan, bat. Charge me 150 pesos per sleeve.
1,200 for labor is too much just to remove and replace the pitman arm. Other suspension shop will chage you that much if you can also needed camber correction and alignment. Hope this helps.
