Sir I think it would be best to consult your owner's manual where it states the recommended rating for your engine oil.
If it shows the same rating as the brand you stated then it would be safe.

I just tried this yesterday in my Crosswind XUVi, observation ko gumanda ang takbo naging smooth, pakiramdam ko nga nabawasan ng konti ung engine noise... also lumakas ung hatak, dati rati di na masyadong makatakbo ng matulin sa 2nd gear pero ngaun nakaarangkada na ako ng maayos sa 2nd gear...
Shell Diesel Plus Php1145 ung 4 liters.

4 times ko na nagamit yung shell helix diesel plus 10w-40 sa observation ko mas smooth siya at most specially very clean ang rocker arm tuwing nagpapa-adjust ako ng valve clearance
