Roof rack clarification

I'm looking for roof rack for my crosswind, i already installed a roof rail.
any place that i can good and reliable roof rack? brand?

do i need to register the roof rack to LTO before i use it?

Thule is a good brand, Carryboy also sells roof racks.
You have to register it with the LTO.

malapit na naman yata ang registration date mo ,
100 pesos nga pala ang additional charge niyan sa LTO ..
THULE brand nga pala ang nakakabit sa REVO ng pinsan ko
dati sa Ownertype jeep TOP LOAD kung tawagin nila ito
at 50 pesos lang ang charge ng LTO

thanks niwde11. tanong ko nga sa father-in-law ko kung na register (sa bacolod) nya yung roofrack ng bighorn namin. meron din kasing roofrack (THULE) ito kaso tinanggal lang namin kasi sasabit sa mga parking lot dito ng mall.
