Izuzu crosswind problems encountered

bro 2003 bnli yung crosswind ko, October 2003 specific. wala akong nging problem simula nung binili until now kundi yung alternator. 2003 pa siya bro pero 36,000 mileage palang di kasi masyadong nagagamet.

brake pedal sticks.. when you brake.. it won't go up completely. maybe 10%.. so the light is always on.. discharged the batery.. just a quick fix after that..

...the problem i had with my 2010 sportivo mt as i had posted before on the previous threads was a leaking radiator, had it replaced at isuzu since it's still under warranty. then some minor paint peeling on the side panels and a corroded differential, again rectified by isuzu. and lastly, the indicator lights(oil, battery, etc.) goes up whenever i go through flooded streets which the people at isuzu explained that it was just a slip of the fan belt when it gets wet....

So Isuzu have not yet addressed this problem of leaking radiator. Mine was replaced on the first year of my ride, 2010. Good thing is that the original radiator was still given to me after replacement, so I always have a spare and it's always a recurring problem yearly maybe because of the engine vibration, but then I was able to live with it.

was even dissapointed at first to think that i just bought the unit and after a month bumigay na ang radiator. they replaced it anyway after some discussions. gusto pa nilang tapalan lng muna but i told them that they should replace it with a new one since it's still under warranty. the leaking radiator was not returned to me for checking daw & reference. after that everything's good naman til now i don't have problems with the radiator.i just had to replace the fuel filter after 12,000km which accdg to isuzu should be replaced at 15,000km. i noticed kasi that the engine was sluggish when accelerating, parang walang power especially after the engine was in idle for some time. i have to step on it hard to move. but since it was replaced, everything's going well for my ride. don't know if you guys experience this too?

last year replaced: oem centerlink, oem clutch master, oem ball joints, oem bushings, oem front shocks, oem foglamp bulbs

this year replaced: oem clutch and clutch related thingys, oem belts, and had my radiator's leak repaired at DANTE's RADIATOR SHOP a. bonifacio. mababait na mga tao at mahuhusay!

my ride's second hand when i bought it years ago, kinulit ko pa ng kinulit yung dating may-ari para ibenta. after all the years and kms it served, halos ngayon lang bumigay yung mga namention ko.

help naman po...ask ko lang , kasi yung xuvi 2005 a /t model sasakyan ko last year bigla pong humina ang takbo nya as in kailangang idiin talaga ng husto ang gas napaayos po yun sa casa pinalitan ang fuel filter and last sunday ganun na naman ang naging sakit nya ang hina at akala ko po e titirik ako sobrang walang power lalo na pagpaakyat pero nung sa subdivision ko lang namin sya dina drive ok naman sobrang hina na lang po talaga sa akyatan... may idea po ba kayo anong problema nya this time maraming salamat po...

the casa did give you the old filter..?
and we are sure, that new filter you got, is new..? siguro naman.. casa yan, e..
my devious mind is saying, have the filter replaced (again!). but this time, dun lang sa tabi-tabing tindahan, opening up the new filter in front of you.

does your car have another fuel filter, that may need replacement, also?

naku sir pasensya na po a... kc husband ko lang po ang may alam sa car namin e wala po sya ngayon by December pa sya andito... siguro pagbalik nya dun na namin mapapaayos ulit yun car... ako lang po ang nagamit pero sir safe pa po ba syang gamitin kahit within the vicinity lang kase ang garahe po namin e medyo mataas nung last na ginarahe ko sya super todo na po talaga ang apak ko sa gas and medyo umingay na engine ok lang po ba yun or mas safe na wag ko na sya gamitin thanks po ulit malaking tulong kayo sa akin...

hi po... sorry sir ha pero husband ko lang po kc ang nakakaalam ng car namin e nadadrive ko lang within the vicinity ng hosue namin ... e ang dating pa po nya December so dun pa lang po mapapaayos yun.... ang question ko po safe pa po ba syang gamitin kahit within the vicinity lang? yung garahe po namin kc medyo mataas medyo umingay na po yung engine nung ginagarahe ko sya dahit sa diin ng apak ko sa gas... salamat po ulit malaking tulong po kayo sa akin...

I replaced mine I think on the 6th year of my ride at Isuzu C5 and it costed me 6.5K. I think this is one of the few weakest link of the Isuzusu Crosswind, the centerlink

Namiss ko bigla XUVi namen, hehe. 2003 sya binili, ganyan din naging problems, A/C nakailang paayos kami the last years, radiator din, etc, tsaka medyo madami na din rust yung kaha kaya binenta, pero husay pa din kahit 12yo na, never nambitin.

walang ibang maaring source ng oil sa bandang ilalim ng passenger side. p trace mo yan mam. ang nasa ilalim nyan, medyo malapait lang na may oil ay ang oil filter pero nasa ilalim po yon. i suggest pabaklas mo ang carpet para ma trace mo talaga.

Are you sure it is oil that you see? Did you have any repairs done recently? Passenger side kasi aircon hoses lang and nandyan, could be a leak ng freon which you assumed na oil, but if that is the case, dapat ang aircon mo hindi na kasing lamig ng dati kasi may leak na ang freon

are you sure sir na oil ??? baka naman condensed moisture galing sa evaporator.

kung oil leak nga talaga e ang nakikita kong source nyan ay sa transmission. sa may change lever a.k.a. kambyo. nakaremote shifter ba transmission nyo sir?

sa may plastic cover sa remote shifter lumalabas ang trans oil. baka barado ang breather ng transmission kaya jan sumusuka ng langis.

the best diagnosis ay tanggalin ang carpet nang makita kung san nga ba galing

Sir newbie po ako sa crosswind. Meron kami isuzu xwind XTO 2001 converted to mt transmission. Ok na ok takbo niya, kaso napansin ko nagleleak v langis ung isang hose tas pag inalis ko ung dip stick while engine running grabe ung talsik niya ng langia. Signs of need to overhaul na ba un mga master?
