I've only tried Isuzu Pasig since I got my D-Max in 2003. I've shunned away from other Isuzu dealerships because of the negative feedback. Maybe I'll try Isuzu Alabang.

bought my dmax at pasig but only had 1 20k-kms pms with them. i think bill ko noon is around 10-12,000 at very late natapos even though nasa top 5 ako sa list. they even suggested baka next day na makuha.
switched to makati nun about 40k, circa mid 2005 ito. same thing for me bill around 10-12k but natapos before 4pm.
tried isuzu manila for my 50k.kms my bill was "only" 4,000 ata and natapos around 2 pm. i found their service quick and it seemed ok sya (i am aware about the stories about this dealership as told by tsikot forumers, kaya nga sa pasig kami bumuli).
returned there for my major 60k.kms pms, using their appoinment system natapos sya before 4pm even though before 9am KO dumating. and my bill was abojut 8-9,000.
it seems kaya lower nang konti charge nila is because yun tuneup naka lumpsum other services na naka itemised sa iba (i think inclusive na dito yun mga cleaning and adjustment of parts). at tapos na warranty ko, kaya ata they will not relpace things like air filters or do some jobs like drain this fluid unless kailangan talaga or i specify mo na gawin nila.
i do not know if they did an excellent job but all i know they did not do anything wrong. in the end satisfied ako for what i paid for.
i went back for my 80,000km pms. sometime 2006. been using gas stations ever since for change oil service and mechanic for other services.
