two thumbs up to Mr. Uly Jarina of isuzu q.ave. very easy to talk to, and very approachable walang sales talk di ka bobolahin, straight to the point siya maki pag usap. we bought a crosswind from him just last month, and an NHR truck today and labas agad ang mga unit with no problems. nagulat ako sa sobrang bilis ni Mr. Jarina na process ang mga orders namin. so if anyone is planning to buy an isuzu, if you can buy from q.ave branch i suggest you do. also thanks to bro Benzmizer for introducing me to Uly Jarina.

in my experience, madali talaga ma release if hindi naman in demand ang specific model of vehicle. some even within 24 to 48 hours if cash purchase.

how about service? mabilis din ba sila? I'm located near Welcome Rotonda and I believe this is more accessible to me... thanks

yes, mabilis din sila. we had our 1st pms for the crosswind 2 weeks ago, my driver arrived 10pm na and isuzu said baka daw mga 4pm pa makuha dahil madami na naka pila pero 2pm pa lang it was done already.
*shotgun: i know if it is available dali lang ma release ng unit kahit sa ibang branch, but what amazed me is as soon as isuzu got the p.o. from the bank, kahit di pa complete documents namin i already got a call from Uly na dedeliver na daw nila yung kotse. nagulat nga ako at tinanong ko pa siya kung sigurado ba na idedeliver na nila kahit di pa naayos ang ilan requirements para ma release yung kotse. also sobra dali kausap walang bolahan and pressure.

i hope both lucky and malakas kay Uly.:bwahaha: sayang nga ngayon ko lang nakilala si Uly every other year minsan every year pa naman kami kung kumuha ng NHR.

October 10th, 2010 10:15 PM #9wag lang sana kayong matyempo tulad ng nangyari sa akin dyan sa q. ave., got my 5th km pms, ipinasok nila sa service ng 11am monday, natapos ng 4:30pm, carwash nila, natapos ng 5:10 pm, then check ko ang mga nagawa just to find out na hindi pala pinalitan ang oil filter ko, paano ko nalaman?, may secret mark ako sa lumang filter ko, hinanap ko si gustin, ung isa sa mga service advisor dun pero wala na sya, hinanap ko din ung iba pa pero no where to find na, ang ginawa ko, sinabi ko na lang sa gwarya na ibabalik ko kinabukasan para ipakita, kinabukasan, dinala ko, tinignan nila, tinawag ang mekanikong gumawa pero syempre, hindi na aaminin yun eh, ang rason nila, syempre daw itinakbo ko na kaya may putik na ang filter, e hindi naman umulan bakit mapuputikan, wala na din akong magawa, hindi talaga aaminin eh, ginawa ko na lang, matapos ko silang murahin lahat, lalo na ang mekaniko pati na yung supervisor na mataba na may pagkabading, lumipat na lang ako sa commonwealth, isa pang napapansin ko sa kanila, ginagawa nilang pahingahan ang oto dahil nababago lagi ang sandalan pati setting ng aircon and radio, ingat na lang kayo sa q.ave., daming manloloko dito, kanya-kanyang modus eh...
