Isuzu Hi-lander water separator problem

Isuzu Hi-Lander owner's ...Yung indicator light ng water separator sa Isuzu Hi-lander ko, lagi naka -on kahit nadrain ko na ang water separator at fuel filter. Pinalinis ko pa ang fuel-water separator pero ganun pa rin, san kaya problem? Sira kaya ang separator sensor? If ever magkano kaya ang fuel-water separator? Thanks for any advice you can give me..

Thanks for your quick reply...You mean ba the wiring line or yung fuel line? ano yung cluster sorry for my ignorance..

Wiring. Instrument cluster are the guages.

If your gonna change your water separator have the pump checked as well. If its broken already might as well change the whole assembly. tip= pwede palitan yung assembly ng water separator & fuel filter na pang mitsu L300 mitsu, yun ang ginawa ko para mas maluwag yung compartment natin. Try pulling the elec. plug to check if grounded yung line. pag na bunot yun dapat mamatay yung light sa dashboard. If not electrical nga...

Thanks blue_gambit. I already tried disconnecting the plug, patay nga indicator light pag nakakalag yun, that means di naman shorted. I'm confused with the "pump" you are saying. do you mean the top metal portion of water separator that is pump manually or iba pang pump? Yun ba plastic portion where drain plug is and the wire is connected ay nabibili ba separately or isang assembly yun? I'll try to see the L300 assembly, mas mura ba sya?

Thanks blue_gambit. I already tried disconnecting the plug, patay nga indicator light pag nakakalag yun, that means di naman shorted. Got mine 800 bucks a few years ago, never had any problems kahit taiwan made sya. And it free'd up space sa section na yun na masikip before. I think assembly na yun siguro, ask walco (02) 7110277 sa banaue baka meron sila dun nung dulo lang. Hope this helps

Ang case nman saken is ung XTO na ginagamit ko is namamatay pag mga 1/4 nalang ung gas then ang nangyayare is nastuck ung pump pababa so ang gagawin ko is stop the car then manually na hihilain pataas ung pump para lng umandar. Napalitan naman lahat ng filter including ung water separator filter pero ganun parin. Does it needs calibration? Salamat po

Di ba sir tama ako, maraming tutugon sa tanong mo dito, pasensya na at di ko masagot kasi di ko pa ito na experience, at least next time kung sakali alam ko na rin gagawin.
