Hey guys pa help naman kung ilang liters and watts ang ginagamit para sa gear-oil at transmission oil ng hi-lander xtrm ko i'm due to my change oil na kaya pati yung gear-oil and transmission oil papapalitan ko narin and may signs na hirap ipasok sa 1st gear yung kambyo every 40,000kms ba pinapalitan to and yung fuel filter rin tanong ko rin valve clearance nung engine di kaya makuha sa pag taas ng idle yun thanks.

not sure bro kung ilan liters required, pero alam ko may nadiscuss si blue gambit sa isang hilander owners thread about this, back read mo lang sa fuel filter bro as per manual every 10k kms daw ang palit, pero ginagawa ko every 5k kms na sabay ng change oil, tutal mura lang naman valve clearance afaik sa tappets ang adjustment, hindi sa pagtaas ng idle.

not sure bro kung ilan liters required, pero alam ko may nadiscuss si blue gambit sa isang hilander owners thread about this, back read mo lang sa fuel filter bro as per manual every 10k kms daw ang palit, pero ginagawa ko every 5k kms na sabay ng change oil, tutal mura lang naman valve clearance afaik sa tappets ang adjustment, hindi sa pagtaas ng idle.

Usually ang life span ng gear oil is 20K kms, pati kasi tranny ko gear oil GL4 din naka lagay instead of engine oil. Kaya puro sa gas station ang palit, mas convinient pa. ok naman daw ang gear oil, even mga mekaniko ko gear oil din ang pina palagay, so far so good

Mga kuya paano po ba magpalit ng tubig sa radiator, paanu po yung step by step procedure?
At anu pong engine coolant brand ang required para sa 4JA1 engine ng ating mga Isuzu Hi-lander? TIA

Medyo kelangan mo ng manipis na braso para dito... pero here it goes.

1. make sure the radiator is cool so as not to burn your arm.
2. Remove the radiator cap
3.Facing the radiator, squeeze in your arm and reach down at its right side bottom corner. Try to feel for the drain plug. yung head nya is like the pyramid bottom
4. Unscrew the drain plug to drain all the water.
5. Get a Garden hose and pump water into the radiator to clean it.
6. when the water pouring out is satisfactorily clean, place back the drain plug. make sure its tight.
7. Pour in your prepared coolant, or if your using a concentrated mixture pour it in first before filling it in with water. If medyo class distilled water hehehe.
8. If puno na replace the radiator cap.
9. Also remove the reserve tank and clean it.

Thanks sir fabilioh and blue_gambit actually yung fuel filter dko pa pinapalitan rin mga 4 years ago na ata about dun sa transmission oil and gear oil mga magkano pati yung watts paki post na rin thanks.

Sakin nga 5 years na di ko pa pinapalitan hehehe

Kung marumi talaga ang fuel na kina karga mo mabilis dudumi yan, kung safe yung gas station no problem. Di naman euro 4 requirement ng 4ja1 eh... hahaha


Sa gear oil, GL4 90w by petron ang gamit ko for both
