Hehe, two different animals. Brand new eon will probably yield similar fuel economy as a pre-owned xto. Since xto is low maintenance, it will probably yield similar maintenance cost as brand new eon. So you have a stalemate here. Of course xto trumps the eon as regards versatility. In the end, get whichever speaks more loudly to your heart.....

My Alterra is averaging only 8km/l on city driving. Odometer reading is 6500+ , will it get better once it hits 10k?

Finally! I got my XTO already.. smooth naman sa observation ko ang takbo. Still measuring the FC here in the province, mostly city/town driving so i'm expecting maybe around 9-10km/L.

Waaah my XTO runs 7.7 km/L mixed city and highway driving! magaan naman paa ko sa pedal.. although for calibration na din ito, may maitutulong kaya sa FC improvement yun? Naisip ko tuloy sana nag XT na lang ako..

Share ko alng ang FC ko ng XL 2010, kapag bagong change oil, new oil filter and I'm using oil caltex delo gold ultra naka 14.60 km/l ang FC ko mixed driving hi-way and city at ang max speed ko sa SLEX ay 90PKH lang. Kapag naka 2 mos. na ang langis ko ay nasa 13km/l nalang. Malaking impack sa FC ang langis talaga.

you mean Sir, hindi ka sa Casa nagpamaintain ng makina or tapos n warranty, or over 100T Km na kasi wala pa 3 years yon ride mo kaya caltex delo yon gamit mo...yan din kasi balak ko next palit ng langis for my XUV, hindi na sa casa para matesting yon iba langis..at masubukan din kung may ilalayo pa ng kunti sa dati ko 8km/liter city driving and 11-12.5km/liter highway.

Indeed! I just recently got a 2013 Urban Cruiser x Alterra and my dealer told me that they will be releasing a new dmax in the marker soon. Better wait IMO

Mabuti nga kayong mga naka Crosswind umaabot ng 10km/L sa city driving. Sa Revo diesel namin 10km/L average FC on a Baguio trip.

got the 2004 xtrm crosswind na po.
average consumption sa 2 weeks na nagamit ko na sya around 10-11 km/l.
will get more accurate data kapag nakapag pa full tank na.
fill then sagad sa unang guhit method pa lang nagagawa ko kasi.
no budget for full tank.

Observation on my dmax lt 2014. Half tank full, consumption is 10km/ltr. But when ever 200 worth of diesel (approx 7 liters), consumptio is 15km/ltr. Normal po ba? Thanks
