Guys, a friend of mine who also has a Dmax advised me to warm-up the engine at least 10 minutes before driving it to avoid fuel knocking .
I know what fuel knocking is because I used to experience this in my old Pajero. It was caused by pockets of air in the fuel line and we solved this by bleeding the line.
Has anyone of you experienced fuel knocking in your unit?

hi, did the squeaking stop after the cleaning? I've replaced my pads with bendix. Ok naman at nawala by 60-70% yun squeaking, pero meron parin. hmmm I'm thinking the discs need to be replaced, but the mechanic and the casa mentioned it was still ok... what do you guys think?
if in case the discs are defective, are there any aftermarket discs around?
the squeaking sound is just very annoyingminsan di ko na kelangan magbusina kase preno pa lang naririning na ng tao hehehe
thanks

Cardo,
Experienced it also. Unfortunately my rotors got scratched na by those damn orig pads of Isuzu. I replaced mine with bendix and so far so good. Pero yung squeaking hindi na nawala sakin every morning but after a few kilometers nawawala naman.
As long as your braking is fine, do not reface your rotors. Minsan mas lalo pang nagkakaproblema. Okay ang bendix. Softer than the origs and gives great braking power.
MR,
Hehe, mukhang aatras muna ako sa Strada. Nag-iipon din kasi for the future.

Cardo,
Read back ka sa thread na ito. Naibigay ni ARB ang correct part number for the pads. I think that was pHP1200 a pair na yun. Sorry nakalimutan ko part number.
BTW I got it sa servitek station marcos Hiway.
Couldn't have explained it better myself. This was the point I was making. They (either manually or...
