    Isuzu's D-Core is a next-generation, high efficiency diesel engine series designed with proprietary Isuzu technology and is expected to be the core for future diesel engines. The new series utilizes a Variable Geometry System, or VGS, turbocharger to achieve high output from a small engine. In addition to maximizing the torque in proportion to the engine displacement, Isuzu pursued a more lightweight, compact design, and as a result, the various performance features demanded in engines such as fuel efficiency and weight were improved from the ground up to achieve high level environmental performance.

    Ayos to. Kaya mailalabas kaya sa pinas to? Hehehe. Meron nga yong CRDi na 2.5 hindi nila nilabas sa pinas sa thailand lang...

    too late for ISUZU.. sila pa naman ang leader (dito sa pinas) when it comes to diesel engines.. lahat halos walang kilala na diesel engine kung hindi ISUZU.. kaso naunahan na sila ng ibang brands.. sayang but still better late than never pero dapat bilis bilisan nila yan para naman maging competitive especially sa crosswind.. dapat maglabas sila ng new design with new engine...

    kaso naunahan na sila ng ibang brands.
    Other brands may got there...and with the power to boot but Isuzu engines still rules in terms of fuel efficiency.

    This is good news. Indeed, time for the Sportivo to have the much needed engine makeover.
