As I have posted in a related query, you can run your brand new Crosswind (or any car for that matter) at any speed you wish PENDING prior to a run, make sure your engine is in it's recommended operating temperature.

BREAK-IN are advised only for newly-overhauled engines wherein for the first 1,000 kms, one should run the vehicle at varying speeds (60-110km/h) with (ideally) aircon off.

drive it like you stole it. 2 reasons. first, you will know immediately if there is something wrong with the car. you can avail of its warranty. 2nd, as others claim, this is the best time for the piston rings to set with the cylinders. just like breaking in motorbikes, birit kaagad.

Mahal ang resale value ng Crosswind di yan bababa ng 500,000 thousand ang sporty models. If you have the means buy brand new.

I suggest you still get the same Michelin tire standard for your Crosswind. Brand, CHECK! Sturdy and does not easily wear off, CHECK! Some I know use GY or BStone and would want to shift to Michelin.
