Hey Guys, Im a newbie here. I got an '02 crosswind XT. May nadaanan akong baha kanina na hanggang bewang, while I was driving sa baha, umilaw ung mga Warning Indicator Lights ko (Handbrake, Batt & Oil) tas nung nalagpasan ko na ung baha, nawala na ung warning indicators... bakit kaya? dahil kaya nabaha lang ako? kc nawala agad ung lights pagkalagpas ko.. thanks

    * Normally ok lng yan bro. Pag may time ka check underneath of your engine kung may leak or madumi "maraming nakasabit na plastic" cause ng baha. Try murin buksan yung hood then air dry mo buong engine compartment. (inside the garage) If ever bumalik or nag on indicators mo while driving, double check mo yung "sensor" gauge nya at baka kaylangan ng palitan.

i've got a sportivo 2010 mt and i also encountered that problem so i consulted the mechanic at isuzu about this problem and he told me that it is just normal whenever you go thru flooded roads, accdg to him there is this tendency of the fan belt to slip being immersed in water causing all that warning lights to go on and after a while return to normal when it recovers from slipping...

If you feel that the cooling performance of your AC unit is not compromised, not to worry. The rear AC duct passes thru the driverside C-Pillar --- that's why there is moisture. If the cooling is compromised, there may be a leak in the ducts at the pillar (causing the moisture)

If there is any consolation, it only shows how cold the AC system of the Crosswind.

Bros, I own a 2003 crosswind xuv and my mileage is hitting 102k now. I am very happy with my crosswind. It was only recently that i've experienced a clicking sound when i switch the ignition key. Im suspecting its the battery.... Any experience like this with your ride? Im using a 2sn motolite excel, if the battery is the problem im planning to upgrade to 3sn would this fit? Or 3sn is overkill for our ride. Tia!

Does it turn? Nagre-redondo ba? If hindi, try using another battery. If it works, then you'd need to replace the battery. 3SM would be nice but I doubt if it'll fit your battery tray. 2SM would suffice (as recommended)

That should not be that expensive. Regular H3 bulb lang yan. Less than P500 for a pair.

Thanks Uncle Nick and Benzmizer for the reply. I' m observing my crosswind now with the borrowed battery. Seems to be working fine.

If the "clicking" sound happens again, il have it checked by the CASA asap.

Though, Does this really happen to older crosswind like mine? Starter, giving up due to wear & tear?

    TIA!

    hello mga bossing.
ask ko lang what brand of engine, manual transmission at gear oil gamit nyo sa m/t crosswind?
my uncle, a car enthusiast and mechanic, has always been a fan of castrol and nakumbinsi ako. castrol magnatec (10w40) for the engine, castrol manual transmission fluid (EP 80W/90) for the trans and gear so i am also using the same. pls suggest other brands na panalo at di nakakabutas ng bulsa. TIA

The engine and transmission of crosswind(manual tranny) shares the same oil viscosity, that is 15w40. 80w90 grade is for the rear axle only.
