The Alterra offered in the Philippines is a 4x2 only. Is this the Isuzu Trooper replacement (finally)? Although I wish it were better looking than this... And where's the 4x4? It looks like this Alterra and the Ssangyong Rodius-Stavic share the same designers. (check out the styling on its rear sides, duh!).
Will Isuzu be bringing in the Chevy Trailblazer-derived Isuzu Ascender as the real replacement for the Trooper? Or the Rodeo?
And finally, if an SUV were castrated to become a 4x2, does that make it a softroader? Or just a plain street-only truck?
