well sir sa bangko kasi taga banko ako eh hehe... kiddin! seriously speaking mas maganda kung parehas kang magpaquote sa banko at sa dealer at mas maganda kung sa ibat ibang banko or dealer. the more the merrier, no need to visit just call and compare the qoutation. advantage sa bank sure kang di ka lolokohin i mean walang gray areas. the dealer might give you alot of freebies but in the long run talo ka sa total investment mo. good luck sir

kung may plano ka pa umutang sa bangko na yan, sa bangko na lang. pede biz loan, edu loan, house loan. sa dealer, hangang tsikot lang ma-loan mo

Any particular feature you're looking for? Thou they are using a common platform, they vary depending on features. Oh, in addition, for what purpose would you use your future Crosswind?

I'd agree na thru bank.. unless too good to resist ang offer sa dealer. Long run wise nga lang mas okay kasi na direkta sa bangko kasi you can build rapport. If makita kang consistent sa pagbayad, if kailanganin mo magfinancing pa for other concerns in the future, dadali at dadali ang approval kasi may history na.

As for the Crosswind, Sportivo M/T 1st gen owner here and previous XTO A/T owner din. Stay away from A/T, maiinis lang tatay mo gawa ng hirap humatak.. pagumoovertake aabot ng siyam-siyam bago makalampas sa inoo-overtakean. No regrets sa M/T, smooth ride at matibay... up to now di ako binigyan ng sakit sa ulo mapa-maintenance man o gas.

Yup, but the XTi is a non-sporty Crosswind variant. If your dad is ok with a M/T, not particularly after the sporty look and would like to save cost of acquisition, XTi LE would be my best bet.

As to how to acquire your Crosswind (bank or dealer), I would suggest you get thru bank direct --- you can get better interest rate (since you save the 3% dealer's income allocated for dealer-based financing). You call this Direct Loan. Get a DL and let the bank pay the dealer. Same din naman only that you issue PDCs direct to the bank and not sa dealer.

    My 2¢ worth. Good luck!!!

    1. Transmission (Matic or Manual); and
    2. Porma / Accessories (base model walang mga LCD at backing sensors + camera, chrome bumpers, signal lights equipped side mirror, leather, chrome rims, etc.)

That is what I was telling you about in my earlier posts. Determine what features would be a MINIMUM requirement. If stereo lang, you can even get an XL variant (only power feature is its steering). But if you are after the basic convenience features, an XT would do (power steering, windows and central locking) Price should be around P880k+
