    ask for a replacement of a new unit.. if i'm the buyer hindi ko tatangapin yan dun sa dealer pa lang... you should get value for the money you paid... nag KIA Carens ka na lang sana mas maganda pa... yung ka officemate ng father ko ilang beses na daw nalaglag tambutso nung xwind nya.. also yung trooper ng isuzu lemon din.. hindi pwede ang reason eh BAGO PA LANG KASI SIR... kalokohan yan.. when we got our KIA Carens walang ganyan problems everything is OK if not Prefect..

    If I were you I'd ask for an entirely new unit. These are major defects and if these things are more than the fingers of my hand, it's simply unacceptable. For the money that I paid, I want my expectations to be surpassed.

    I smell something fishy with this particular unit - can you say 'repossessed'? I certainly hope not.



    *by the way, your dealer wouldn't happen to be Eddie Gil would it?*

    5. handbrake (hand mo gamitin mo pang brake, sobra hina kasi)
    6. upuan ng driver's seat parang may alagang daga sa ilalim (laging may lumulagatok)
    7. gulong hindi naka-align since the day of release; kumakabig sa kanan pag brake mo (sabi ng dealer, bago pa daw kasi brake pads)
    8. ung front and rear bumpers maluwag, parang mahuhulog ( sabi ng dealer design daw un "aerodynamic" meaning pag hinangin, lipad ang bumper mo)

    i dont know kung ganito rin ang sportivo nyo since the day of release. we are thinking of demanding for a change of unit dahil marami defects. i also noticed kasi na ala sya quality control sticker sa windshield nung ni-release.

    it is also important to note na di naging maganda ang service nung dealer or baka naman mismong planta ang may problema.

    just recently, ung muffler exhaust eh medyo maitim na rin ang usok. i just dont know if ganito talaga sportivo.

    I am a previous Brand New owner of 05 XUVi AT Crosswind.

    I had some problem with the rear door. I think 3 times pinalitan ung rattler (daw) kasi di sya macontrol manually. Una sabi nila maluwag lang daw until ayun pinalitan nila hehe.. I think nagkakaproblem sya kung magsasabay pagbukas manually ng sakay sa likod sa pagopen ko via the power windows.

    Ung bumper sa likod ito ba ung nasa gilid?, I think gumagalaw talaga sya.

    Ung kumakabig sa kanan, I think nagyari rin sakin yan di ko nalang pinansin kasi unti lang naman. Ung muffler known issue na yan ng Crosswind abangan mo nalang. Ung sakin, dinala ko agad sa Casa nung nakita ko na nagcrack. I think ni weld nila tapos kinulayan ng blackthing, ayos na after.

    Ung mausok? I think trade-mark na ng Isuzu yan (sorry po).

    Despite all this I still loved it kasi matipid sya sa diesel, it can carry alot of things and my DVD system na. Isa lang problem for me, its too slooooooow! That's the main reason why I sold it. :-)

    Bottomline, demand a refund, get new unit other than isuzu.. (tama ba 'ko?)

    x2 sir, the earlier the better so they wouldn't have much alibi with regards to the defects. And just my opinion sir, i'll make a complaint letter and demand letter as well and have it received, authenticated, and send cc to isuzu phils.

    naku!mukang naloko ka ng dealer nyo. dapat tlaga cguro gawan ng action yan! dapat palitan nla ung unit nyo! cno ba dealer nyo? para masabihan ko mga auto club na iwasan ung dealer nyo.Baka may maloko pa cla na iba.

    Sobrang dami ng problema ng unit. kaya ka nga bumuli ng bago kasi ayaw mo ng sira na auto.tama cla dapat cguro idemanda nyo na. i'm sure all tsikoteers will support ur action.
