Is this normal for all dual a/c vehicles? i had vanette and galloper before and the same problem, mas malamig ang front kaysa rear. can anyone here confirm it with their crosswinds?

vehicles you mentioned (including the Crosswind) only has one compressor but with 2 a/c blowers -- one in the front and the other one at the rear. Notice that there may be a BLOWER SWITCH at the rear but does not have an a/c thermostat unlike the front. Ergo, if you reduce the thermostat adjustment in front, the same occurs at the rear.
Considering that the front a/c blower is nearer to the source (compressor), it is often noticed that the air temp in front is "colder" than of the rear.

thanks Benzmizer, that makes sense. so the freon that passes the rear evap has already gone through the front evap that's why it's less cold
