    Buti dito sa QC hindi sila masyadong gumagala. But the areas where they usually do their operations:

    East Ave before entering QC Circle
    Commonwealth Ave, either in Philcoa or near St. Peter
    Mindanao Ave (Fairview area near SM Fairview)
    Batasan-San Mateo road, near the bridge

    Diyan mostly ako nakaka kita ng mga ASBU*lsh*t.

    dito sa sgt.rivera q.c. meron na pala. pero mukhang matitino pa at ang uniform nila di tulad ng mga andyan sa makati na mukhang pagkatapos ng trabaho nila nirereyp nila yung mga anak nila.

    puede. you just have to pay the penalties for the periods the vehicle wasn't registered.

    puede. as long as it passes the emissions test.

    puede. the new euro 4 emissions requirements ekek is for brand new vehicles. it has no bearing for older vehicles.
