Crosswind 2001 headlight and speedometer

Hello, my crosswind is getting old and minor problems are popping up here and there.

Headlights- One of the headlights lets water in. Can this be repaired? maybe it can opened, cleaned then sealed again? I remember calling casa and getting an expensive estimate (>10k)

Speedometer- The speedometer is stuck at one speed. Casa wanted to replace the entire display assembly at 13k. Maybe this can be repaired somewhere?

Gud day to all!! Ganyan din problem ko di na rin gumagana speedometer at fuel ko ang mahal naman ng replacement sa casa san kaya makakabili ng instrument panel board. Please help kung meron kayong alam. Thanks.

thanks sir! nagpahanap ako sa banawe and the surplus dash panel is 6500 pero i'm not too keen on installing it. Even the 5k+ for the speedometer in jasons parang hindi ako nasusulitan kasi parang hindi naman critical. I will look around for a speedometer na surplus, if wala no big deal naman hehe. kala ko may mga aftermarket na replacement na pwedeng ikabit dito
