June 20th, 2016 08:44 PM #1Hi, I just bought a Crosswind XL last march and have been driving it daily with barely 3k km on the odometer, in my routine inspection, I noticed some brown liquid in the radiator, the coolant is green and had always been pure green previously. Any thoughts on this? I googled and the signs either point to an oil leak (head gasket) or rust. Also more importantly, this should be covered by the warranty right?

June 21st, 2016 07:02 PM #6UPDATE mga sir, am scheduled to have it checked in the casa later this week, just discovered it yesterday am kasi. Checked it again earlier today, strangely enough, walang trace of any brown liquid sa radiator (upon opening the cap) started the engine, looking for bubbling or bubbles, wala naman. the smoke emission is transparent on idle, stepped on the gas, black smoke comes out. It smells smokey, as far as I can tell. the temp remained at regular levels, i.e. middle while in traffic. the coolant is moving about, swirls a bit but not violently (but I suppose that's due to the water pump)
Puwede i try, 1. Palit air filter 2. Linis throttle body 3. Linis MAF sensor 4. Check spark...
high idle RPM at engine start
