yo guys,
i bought my xuv last year sa BMD motors sa plaridel dito sa bulacan, and since then, dun ko lang pinapa-service sasakyan ko.
i just want to share with you my experience dun last friday(may 28).
i was there at 8am-11:30am, pinacheck ko kung ano ung grinding sound sa rear wheels nung minsang umatras ako(hinala ko e sa brake drums), anyway, nung matapos na ung job, palabas na ako sa service area, i found out na nawawala ung keychain na naka-kabit sa remote control ng stereo ko, add to it, nawala sa settings ang stereo at ung setting ng thermostat ng aircon, which means na may gumalaw sa stereo at aircon, right?
i called the attention of the service manager and supervisor, tinawag lang nila ung 3 guys na humawak sa car ko, and it is but natural na itanggi nila na may kinuha sila na hindi kanila.
i just want to know your reations kung sa inyo nangyari yung ganun...
more power to tsikot and happy and safe driving to all........

i two had a bad experience with "some" of the people there in BMD. Over all ok BMD sa service nahaluan lang ng bugok na itlog... like S.A. na mahilig mag ibento ng scary stories just to push you to sell your car at my "buyer daw cya" as expected babaratin nya kasi lalaki pa daw sira kaya ganun presyo lang ng car ko...

Di pa naman ako nananakawan (i think so)

Mag ingat na lang tayo sa pag iiwan ng car kahit casa pa laluna kung matagal na mag stay dun... ingat sa matabang maitim na lalake S.A. cya dun at batikan sa UNDER THE TABLE transactions why do i know? biktima rin ako ng ka kupalan nyan...anyway theres no free lunch naman diba so bahala na karma sa kanya

Clue ba kung sino? F_DEL hehehehe fill in the blank

That's sad to hear.....

I would suggest that you write to ISUZU HQ and formally air our your concern. Personally, I find it unfair to HQ and the owner of the dealership if only one or so of it's personnel is putting the whole ISUZU brand and dealership network in bad light. based on experience (not necessarily ISUZU), HQ would take this concern seriously and get to the bottom of it.

I want to share my experience with Isuzu Pasig although their parts requisition had problems it took awhile before they were able to get the parts from Isuzu Plant. However, I would like to commend one of their employees for being honest. Here's what happened it was the 3rd time I brought my crosswind to be repaired, 1st was when it was inspected, 2nd was when i brought my crosswind only to find out that I my car will not be repaired and just wait there until parts becomes available which btw, they dont know exactly when. so on the 3rd time parts were already available I verified it and finally they are going to start repairing my crosswind.

I brought it inside the casa, and gave the keys to the Guard, the advisor told me that someone will check the car and give me a checklist. i was about to leave when I notice that my wallet was missing. At first I thought I lost it elsewhere since i remember putting it in my pocket when I left the car. Fortunately the one who inspected the car was honest enough to even write the wallet in the checklist and told me "Sir yung wallet nyo po nasa Crosswind sinulat ko narin po sa Checklist". buti nalang may mga honest na gaya ng taga Isuzu Pasig. To recognize yung ginawa nung tao I informed the Service Advisor of what happened.

Kahit pano nakabawi yung Isuzu Pasig sakin dito. =)

a very expensive lesson for me... never again.

grrrrrrr bwesettttttt

This surprised me because I also brought my car for servicing in BMD Bulacan. I'm living in Caloocan but have relatives in Bulacan. Someone refer me to try their service and I tried since I saw they had an award as service center of the year or best in customer service I think. I forgot the exact award at anong year yun. Based on my experience ok nmn yung service nila. Very accommodating ang SA na sumalubong sa min. We went there for PMS by appointment last May. Nandun na kami before 8:00 binalikan na lang naming yung sasakyan nmn before 12. Before we left, kinausap kami nung SA konting explanation sa gagawin at pinapirmahan sa min yung checklist before gawin yung sasakyan including yung mga coins sa dashboard, mga 30 or 40 pesos din ata yun. Even yung mga CD kahit pirated nakalist. We received a text message coming from one of the SA sabi nila pwede na kaming magpunta kasi tapos na yung PMS nasa washing na. 11:30 dun na kami. Kinausap uli kami nung SA inform us na ok na at yung mga pinagpalitan na piyesa nasa likod ng sasakyan nakaplastic. Wala nmn nawala na gamit sa min. After that binigay na sa min yung bill at ngbayad na kami. After paying, the SA handed me the key and escort us while leaving their service area. Ang nagustuhan ko pa sa service nila after 3 days my tatawag sayo to check if ok yung naging service nila. It's a good thing na may follow up call sila kasi masasabi mo agad if my problema yung gawa nila. I'll check next time na magpaservice ako if I will experience the same.

I'm a costumer of BMD motors, bulacan for almost 4 years. I always trust them in handling my Dmax. Wala nmn akong nakikitang problem sa kanila. In fact, they are very good in terms of accommodations. They treat my car nicely and carefully. BMD's personnels are doing their job greatly. And they even check other parts of the car kahit na wala iyong problema. They are also suggesting good things that can make my car better. Tama lang na makarecieve sila ng awards. Great Job for the BMD's staffs and personnels.
