2 weeks ago, i went to manila from Leyte to find a trooper/bighorn and after few days of searching, i finally found my Bighorn 4jg2 matic. When i bought it, im aware that it has a few oil spill underneath the oil pan, then i decided to go to shell service bay to lift the car and check for that particular oil spill. Hindi nman tumatagas talaga pero nag drop talaga nang few, when i found out that it is just the hose of the turbo connecting to the crancase that is leaking, then we replace the hose tapos na wala na yung tagas. While im driving on my way to Leyte Land trip around 1,500++kms, the diesel is very economical when after few days after I arrived here, biglang maasksaya na sa diesel, then i found out that their is leak again in the hose na newly replaced in mnla. Im afraid baka nasira na turbo ko. Now, my car only top speed of 100kmh at nahirapan pa yun, diesel consumption is terrible. Pls. pls. I need help of the gurus here in tsikot specially to sir 4jgtotsie that im sure can advise me of what to do.
thank you sir, but its the oil hose of the turbo charger to crankcase ang nag leleak, does it affect of running performance of my car, coz it has a lot of pressure in it ryt?. My car only run 100kmh top speed and the diesel consumption is multiplied by 2. Pls pls.

Try to tighten it first. Double banjo bolt yata yan na may cooper washer yan that serves as sealer. Its a tight space. Silipin mo from the right side wheel well tanggalin mo yung rubber half moon, kitang kita yan

gud eve sa lahat, I just went to the mechanic at pina tighten ng mabuti yung clamp pero its all the same. They said maybe it is the injection pump or injector kc napaka usok at walang power ang makina ko. May kinalaman kaya ito sa pagka abnormal diesel consumption nito at sa walang power?
Sir now that we have ruled-out the hose clamps area, try to check your air filter. i have learned that black smoke and lack of power could be caused by rich fuel and lack of air. baka clogged po air filter nyo, palinis or palitan nyo lang. hope this helps.
add ko lang kasi di ko ata nasagot tanong nyo sir. yes may kinalaman ang fuel pump and injectors resulting to lack of power. Reason for suggesting air filter muna is mahal kasi calibration ng pump, baka simple at low cost lang ang solusyon sa problem. hope makatulong.

Good evening, were planning to upgrade our 2002 Isuzu Crosswind XUV thru engine swapping, and ang plan namin is to buy an Isuzu Trooper Engine, to be specific, a 4JX1 engine mated to a Manual Tranny... Ok lang ba gawin ito? Need kasi namin advice about this, hindi kasi mabenta ang sasakyan, kaya i-upgrade nalang para bumilis, mahina naman ang turbo ng 4JA1, kaya I'm asking kung ok ba o hindi...![]()
