Mga sir I have a problem.

I got rear ended the other day and yung nka rear end walang insurance. How do I go about it? Should I make a claim against my own insurance? I don't wanna do that tho.

I own damage mo nalang tapos singilin mo ng participation yung bumangga sayo pati bayad sa affidavit and police report para mabilis
