Sorry for the late reply. I was enjoying the car to make up for the hassles.

SA called on Monday evening that the unit was allocated to us since yung nauna didn't want the color. We confirmed that we will get the unit on the following day. I told him naka-tie up sa insurance ng bank ang loan namin. SA said that he will relay this sa head nya.

On Thursday, we went to isuzu dealer with our down payment but di kami pinabayad ng sales head. He wanted to talk to our bank to negotiate.

When I paid for the DP, no one assisted. I just went to the cashier & she could not issue my OR because wala pa daw invoice ang unit. Our SA was out of town & other SAs did not help us.

We went back early on Saturday na galit because SA informed us over the phone sa Monday pa ang release ng unit because naka pila for invoicing pa & they have 3units for release that day. It was a lame excuse. Na-highblood ako. I said loudly na they're making our transaction difficult & worst customer service sila comparing to toyota/mitsubishi. Other clients were looking & listening na.

Our unit was released after 3hrs.

Freebies were LTO registration & platinum tint.

Ayoko na bumalik sa isuzu sales ever if possible.

Thanks pre for the reply, really appreciate it.
Mine is also bank po (bpi) i dunno if we have the same bank. How about chattel mortgage fee? I share your sentiments pre, hopefully when we will have ours this feb la na masyadong hassles.

Stretch out na rin kasi patience ko sa antay palang ng unit, in fact 2 weeks ago i was already at toyota iloilo, checking on the fortuner. we feel more at home kasi with them from their sa and service crew kahit na sa guards hehe.

Enjoy your ride pre, i know its worth the wait

*101: That's good. You showed them that you really mean business.

Natapat ka lang sa agent na hindi enthusiastic sa work niya or naghahanap pa ng mas malaking commission, supervisor include.

Way back in 08, Dmax lang ang tanging vehicle sa line up ng Isuzu ang gusto namin and that time, we were in the market for a pickup. Buti ngayon may Mu-X na gusto kong tinitignan pag nasa dealer ako.hehe Dati kasi Dmax lang.

I got quotes from different dealers and my nakausap ako sa Isuzu Commownealth. So we went there and upon entering, may 3 SA na bugok na fiddling with their phones. They just looked at us. I asked for the agent whom I talked with. Sabi nila ay wala pa daw. Un lang ang reply. I was like, "anong klaseng agents ang mga ito?" Then I asked if somebody could give us a quote baka mas maganda ang offer nila, but their reply was they don't want to give us another quote coz I had already dealt with one of their agents. I just said ok and labas kami. Mga walang kwenta.

Went to Isuzu Q. Ave and greeted by a guy. We looked at the Dmax and sobrang enthusiastic siyang mag benta. To cut the story short, he gave us the best deal among all the agents whom I dealt with.

As to the aftersales service, I never had problems with Isuzu Q. Ave and Isuzu Commonwealth. Isuzu Comm has been my dealer for almost 5 yrs na ata and no horror stories... yet, fingers crossed.

Mine is with Metrobank. Umabot kami sa promo last year. Free insurance & chattel mortgage fee.

Excellent talaga customer service ng Toyota. Free coffee, wifi & comfy lounge.

Lousy waiting area at Isuzu. May water dispenser pero no cups & etc. no one offered coffee.

But the mux is worth the wait. Full tank is around php1,8++. With my ave 50km per day travel, half lang na-consume ko based sa fuel level indicator after 1wk. Tipid!

Anyone who might be interested to convert their stock HU to touchscreen 7-inch LCD monitor? I'm selling my brand new, uninstalled Android 4.2.2 Car DVD Player Bluetooth GPS Navigation which I intended to install on my TB LTZ. I can't use it because it's not compatible with MyLink. Pls send PM if interested. Thanks.

Hi, most dealers are like that when their model is selling like hotcake. It happened to me when I bought my TB LTZ. Now I heard they offer cash discount of P40,000. When supply normalizes, they won't snob you anymore. They will even give you a discount.

I got fed up with the Isuzu dealers. They are so corrupt and unprofessional. Its just too stressful to deal with them. The mu x may be a good choice but I can't deal with people like than. I have decided to get another brand. thanks for the reply though.

You should get a fortuner or Montero, madali mawala sa uso ang isuzu, tibay lang ng makina at katawan ang good vibes, pero talo ka sa PMS, after sales support, at designs and technology.
