He mentioned about a paid app dashcommand $9.99 for iOS, i bought an ELM327 WIFI temporarily just to see how it reads, BAFX is out of stock in Lazada and I'm in a bit of a hurry,

aaronix mentioned about a lag, about 2-3 seconds which i confirmed when I watched a review about ELM in youtube, the guy revs d engine and then d app only sees d rev after 2-3 secs

Not sure about BAFX though if it works with dashcommand, i'm guessing it does but maybe aaronix can confirm it for us?

BAFX and ELM Wifi is in the same price range in Lazada btw around 1.5k pesos

That's make you wonder, why do some cans are more expensive than others. Its probably engineering, research and development cost and possibly quality.

There are four cans in the market that are costly, HPD, Provent, Mishimoto and Blackworks Racing. What i have is a HPD, and would install this by mid next month returning to my roots for a quick break.

I hope I wouldnt get a reply like im willing to pay extra and etc., could still remember the first time and probably the last time i post on TIP.. Because it goes way out of hand. I just said for those who arent "confident" enough.. Then alot of people showed up, and commented bizarre things like i should have watch some videos and etc., it isnt like i didnt know how to do it, but the thing is nvm. Shut up na lang ako. Hihi. I think i was the one who commented abt dat willing to pay extra.. hahaha

i guess most followers in TIp are used to sharing info on how to's/DIYs and assumes that you're there to see how you can save up on upgrades. A wrong assumption i would say, but safe to say that's their perspective. They extend assistance by helping u save up a little on upgrades w/c sometimes may sacrifice product or service quality..

But hey there is also another side to it like getting ur hands dirty, investing time and effort for your mux which for some shows the passion for their ride.

When I asked about others to DIY bec they get some of cabin filters fr me for our club's group buy, i joked about how we should make it as part of our member initiation or 'rite to passage'. Then i would congratulate them and say, now u'll love ur mux even more after this install hahaha

Would you be willing to share TCO(total cost of ownership) for an HPD? shipping, unit and all other expenses? Tia

in total it is AUD 421/- approx USD 255
i would say this will be a good investment over the total value of the vehicle,
i don't like to gamble, it is for my nanay's worry free ride,
i can only have a wack at it, a week every 3 months
so i normally tend to look for best that the market has to offer

Negative sir. No tpms installed. This issue i think may lead to accident. Everytime this happens, feeling ko may nag sideswipe or bumangga because of static and squeeking sound in full blast. Plano kong mag record para may proof kung pupunta sa casa.

Ang sasabihin lang nila sau sir is punta ng winterpine... Baka Head unit ang may problema nyan, same as mine. Pero di ko pa nadadala sa winterpine.. Static sound in certain areas naman ang sa mux namin.

Yep better than the empty cans sold at the market. Drift Xhaust OCC is a baffled oil catch can.

But you may have the option to replace the pcv breather, with an -8/10an hydraulic hose on route towards intake manifold. And can inform them you dont want unnecessary odour on your engine bay. And if that is you want a closed system or not.

Anyways, here are the closed up details on the drift xhaust baffled occ.

Not yet. Planning on an hid retrofit upgrade so I won't need it. Not too keen on led bars din kasi. ;)
