Sorry for the late reply sir.. I don't know where to start but this is aproduct item mostly sold in thailand. The names I can see in the box is JS1, search in facebook leads to Apache, which is a company who make stabilizer kits and the more famously known 'space arm' for pick-ups.
I was skeptical at first because I thought it may not be of value to me since our MUX already comes with a Multilink (5 link) suspension and would have one of the smoothest suspensions in the industry (in my opinion of course)
So here goes the history...
I came from a smaller and more nimble ride. The fuel efficient honda jazz(or so I thought, right before I met our Mux). I travel to batangas or Laguna from Manila siguro twice or more in a month. More than the fuel economy, ang gusto ko talaga sa Jazz is yung maneuverability nya (mga tipong singit sa two way traffic pag overtake, maintaining lane on high speed curve, stable body pag heavy or sudden breaking, low drag, etc.) which makes it basically a good 'play car'.
I know hindi comparable yung dalawa in terms of ride kasi different vehicle classification naman. Pero having used to that driving habit, nanibago ko sa MUX natin. Medyo malakas ang body lean, like other SUVs of course because of its big body, yung konting sway pag hard corners and high speed curves.
Meron isang beses sinubukan ko sumabay sa isang naka setup na honda civic(singkit model vtec), which I used to with ease in my honda jazz, nakasabay naman si Mux natin except i was in the disadvantage side whenever we reach mga speed curves and secondary lane overtaking.. So I tried to search for something that may somehow address that disadvantage. I know the power is there so I was looking for something that would somehow put more stability in our MuX despite its big body..
One suggestion I got from a friend is to change mags to 20", para makakuha malapad na gulong din which will give me added road grip. This is true of course but I don't have the budget for that and I heard from others na medyo bumibigat un handling. So off to look for other enhancements.
Up until this one incident that made me notice this 'balance arm'.
On the stretch of white plains-corinthian road going to Edsa(my way to work everyday from QC to Makati), I was side by side with a Trailblazer, we were toe to toe from that uturn slot going to pasig right until the corner when I had to break but the TB kept its speed until the sharp turn to EDSA. Medyo umangat ng konti un likod nya kasi we were at 130km/hr (more or less) approaching EDSa. Tapos nakita ko un long white 'brace' (as I would describe it before) underneath. I said to myself, kung may ganun siguro ko nakasabay ako dun sa TB.
Online reasearch led me to Jason Sy who said he's the only one who supplies it to Trailblazer Club members only. He also showed me some reviews or testimonies about the benefit of a balance arm. And when I saw the manual on how and where is it exactly installed in our MUX, learned about the price (7k with group buy option), I immediately said to myself, kailngan ko tong suspension enhancement na to.
And yes it made some difference, at least in how i observed it. I can somehow maintain some driving habits in my play car before, syempre cautious din ko kasi family ko un passenger ko. Pero it gives me that confidence that I have better control on curves at high speed, medyo nabawasan un talbog ng likod pag napatapat sa mataas na humps, masmaganda un kapit ko sa likod pag napapa switch lane ng mabilis sa expressway. And there is this one time I observed a big difference, its this inclining road going back fo Manila from Pansol, Calamba in that bypass road near Ayala Greenfield Estates, meron paakyat dun and then sharp turn pa right tapos humps. Before balance arm, i had to break to maintain lane, pero now nung walang kasalubong sinubukan ko mag menor lang and I just let ECS take control, hindi nagdrag un rear end ko and somehow helped maintain my approach speed. These are the things I observed so far... I'll be driving to bicol or vigan next so I may have more observations there in case you're interested.
Sorry in advance for the long read since this is my first FR here in this forum [emoji4] but I hope it helped give you an idea how it works. Here is a copy of the manual with it btw.

Who among you have a black MU-X?
How is the paint? does it have scratches, gashes(swirl marks na pa straight)?
✋✋✋ Me! It swirls easily as with other black cars. at manipis talaga pintura ng Isuzu. Pero alagang Mother's Reflections naman so di ko na lang pinapansin di naman halata unless titigan mo at an angle yung paint para makita ang swirl marks. I stopped having my car washed sa labas, ako na lang naghuhugas para ma lessen ang swirls, exercise pa. ;)
