Malaki ang difference since kapag naka chip, lightly depressing the fuel pedal will do. Ang bilis din kung talagang isasagad, but it kinda makes it uncomfortable at times due to too much power and you come to realize you really don't need that much in an suv. The Mux has good power delivery, more than you will need most of the time. I keep asking myself, do i really need this much power, i think not.

I see, most of the time nga sir I think the power is just right. Siguro kasi nga linear yung delivery.
Anyway, is it true that hindi advisable every 10K PMS sa Isuzu even if you use high end synthetic oils? May nagbanggit lang sakin kasi. Medyo hassle kasi pag every 5K. Sa Navara catalog normal driving every 20K pa yata. Or it depends on the engine's design? :what:

Sa 500nm baka less pedal pressure vs the 320nm but both can overtake without any problems. Ang tanong, hindi kaya OA naman ang 500nm sa overtaking? Lol.
A 320nm is obviously less powerfull than a 500nm rig but that doesnt mean its underpowered.
I make it a point to change my oils every 5k kahit na dealer insists of a 10k interval (not sure with isuzu). The cleaner the oil, the less sludging in the engine and other parts kasi.

Kaya nga eh, I don't understand why the mu-X gets all the hate when they only read paper specs. Siguro I'd understand if it was the TOTL, yun talaga overpriced na knowing na dapat 3.0 na nakalagay dun.
So ibig sabihin po pala ok lang na mineral lang ilagay since every 5K naman ang recommended changeoil. Nakakapagtaka lang sa iba ok lang matagal interval when Isuzu advertises its engines to have longer maintenance intervals din kasi they're built for unfavorable conditions parang sa mga remote areas. Just read that yesterday din sa Isuzu NA site.

I agree boss, i own an LS-a variant and I am very satisfied with its overall performance. It does not necessarily follow that Just because the competitors have 187 to 200 hp in their stable, under powered na agad ang mu-x. By itself, the mu-x, - this is based also on the reviews- can stand on its own, it can perform and serves its purpose - a family oriented suv with decent power when needed. well, just my two cents..

September 9th, 2015 10:20 PM #2669After one week of waiting, finally brought home my 4x2 LSA Pearl White at napasabak na agad kanina sa Macapagal Off-road Track! Initial impressions, di naman sya under powered. Comparable to the pull of Fortuner VNT. Ok na ok ang aircon. Downside, compared to other modern vehicles, medyo boring ang kanyang MID. I was in Surat Thani province Thailand last weekend and Isuzu Mux and Dmax out numbered the other brands on the road. May nakita akong blacked out headlight ng White MuX, lalong naging macho tignan. Got the unit from Isuzu Rizal through BPI.

These thai's are the smartest buyers in the world. They know whats gonna come out because of these factory workers. hahahah
Last month Toyota Thailand sales were Nuts.
2 to 1 ang sales ng Toyota Hilux(Revo)/Fortuner(Legend) versus Isuzu D-max/Mu-x. It will take time(6-12months) before Toyota will outnumber the Isuzu vehicles in Thailand.
Some Thai's are waiting for the new Dmax/Mu-x engine that will arrive 2016/2017.
