Isuzu and mu-X emblem lang nasa likod, so if you have the DRL and tail pipe finisher already exterior wise di nila alam if naka 2.5 or 3.0 ka. :P

It's a chip right? It's just a program or configuration (no mechanical/physical alterations tot he engine).

Would installing a dpchip/unichip etc.. degrades engine life and causes black smoke?

I guess in short what are the pros and cons?

    Thanks.
Because of cost cutting. Manufacturers tune the engines to accommodate wider tolerances (Fuel and environmental standards) and be able to distribute to more countries without any problems. YES chipping degrade engine life but not to the extent that the engine will die on you after a month or two. I know of people with chips for 100 thousands of kilometers without any problems. Chipping amplifies problems already in a vehicle. If it belches smoke on the onset, it will belch more smoke due to more fuel injected. HTH

3rd row passenger for today. Katabi ko 3 medium sized suitcases, 1 small cooler at maluwag pa. I'm 5'11 btw, medyo firm nga seat cushion ng upuan, kahit tita ko napansin. I'd give it to the Everest for this one.

Totoo yung nabasa ko dito na nakakainis ang MU-X. 2 weeks after my first full tank...di pa rin nauubos. City Driving (office Makati - Taguig home) then weekend pasyal, then, we went to Subic Zambales then Manila ulit.

NLEX to Zoobic Zoo sa Subic : 100kph average speed. Around 1800rpm to 1900rpm. FC 15-17km/L . Sulit na sulit.

    LS-A 4x2 AT unit.

Agree sir! Nakakainis!

3.0 VGS na bro. That's my next SUV after i'll dispose my 2009 FE. I'm travelling every two months Valencia City to General Santos City and vice versa. The road here is quite tough and demanding, if my FE was able to overcome those gruelling travel experience that I have, how much more for the new MU-X 3.0 VGS!
