    hi sirs

    gusto ko po malaman kung saan pwede makakuha ng gantong engine
    saka tranny nito

    pang engine swap po sana sa 12t engine ng owner type jeep
    or pwede pa po kayo mag suggest ng good turbo diesel engines thanks !

    Are you looking for a brand new 4JB1-T engine and tranny? If yes, Isuzu Philippines' Powertrain group is selling them new.

    4JG2T, 70k+ sa blumentritt. Pero upgrade mo din preno mo kapag eto ang kinabit mo para safe

    inde po ba kaya ng hydraulic brake ang 4jg2t ??
    kasi kaya naman po ng brake ng owner namin 4person *

    If I may butt in gentlemen,

    Bukod sa brake upgrade kung ganung kalaki at kabigat na diesel engine e pati front suspension...sa gaan ng owner jeeps sa likod at bigat sa harap baka ma-oversteer that can lead to a spin.

    Consider mo na rin ang roll-over protection system (ROPS) kahit fabricated lang sa 2 inch steel tubing at safety seatbelts kung ganyang 130 km/h ang tinatakbo mo.

    Usual sizes ng brakes for pickups (>1 ton Net Vehicle Weight) are 7/8 in for the master cylinder while the wheel cylinder is larger (say 15/16) with a booster of course.

    just my suggestions sirs.

    BTW may Roll cage na po saka seatbelts yung owner namin pinang lolong distance kasi namin minsan at sa NLEX/SCTEX po namin dinadaan hehe kaya kelangan talaga ng Seatbelt saka kelangan talaga ng matinding preno pag oovertake sa national road eh hehe kaya nag invest narin kami duun

    although malakas naman ang 12t ng toyota gusto ko parin mag turbo diesel eh para mas matipid pero walang ganung bawas sa performance niya kaya gusto ko rin ng medyo malaki laking turbo diesel engine

    78K dati, way back 07. Un dating tiningnan ko nun. Pili ka na lang dun sa blumentritt. Bulungan mo un mekaniko na bibigyan mo sya ng extra para bigyan ka ng sariwa. Minsan kasi tinatago nila un mga medyo sariwa pa.

    kelangan pa namin magpalit ng shocks hehe nag wear out na yung
    monroe na shocks after 18yrs of service

    Found out that Isuzu's Powertrain group offers only the non-turbo 80ps version of the 4JB1 for automotive application. The marine applications get the 115ps direct injection, intercooler turbo 4JB1-TCX. Yun bang 4JB1-TCX strictly for marine use lang at hindi pwede for automotive application?

    pwede siguro sa auto yan basta may pang auto na tranny :D IMO

    AFAIK hindi pwede marine engine because yung sa transmission niya us geared for lower end power. Matakaw sa diesel. the 4d56 engine is easy to maintain and very efficient and durable. Kahit turbo lang at wlan na intercooler ok na ok sa jeep yan. Or even a good 2L engine from toyota. kahit walang turbo yun basta makuha mo manual tranny nya kaya mo na 140-150 km/h IMO. Just make sure nga lang na ok brake system mo sir.

    Sa mga options na 4d56, 4jg2 and 4jb1

    I'd go for the 4jb1-TCx, over the two. kasi direct injection sya meaning that it would be more efficient. Although i think mas peaky yung power ng 4jb1-tc versus the two which are more linear.

    i think pwede rin yung pang marine application, kung engine lang. from the fly wheel & transmission dapat pang automotive na.

    thanks po kaya lang ayaw ng tatay ko ng 4D56 dahil daw timing belt ang gamit niya so mukang 4JG2T ang kukunin ko talaga

    280k yung 4JB1 naturally aspirated only T_T ang mahal hehe
    unti na lang isang Dmax na

    You want power try mo 4m40, mahal nga lang... tska tming chain

    yung 4M40 kaya magkanp price range ?
    basta wag lang timing belt
