Why do you still put Seat Covers, especially when the materials and designs of your seats are already OK?

I only put the seat covers on during the rainy season. At least the seat covers will be the ones to absorb the water from clothes, umbrellas, etc.

ito rin explanation sakin ng dad ko..told him na "who are we preserving it for? du nsa next na owner?" ayun, tanggal tuloy mga seatcovers ng cars namin. ehehehe kung patatagalin naman ang car, ok lang..pero kung ako, papalumain ko muna yung upholstery, then i would go the seatcover route..

pag may may anak ka na sumusuka sa byahe, you will appreciate the value of having a seat cover.

Same with me. Kahit anong pagpigil sa mga anak ko (2 and 5 year old) na wag tapakan ang seats e, ang kukulit.

Seat cover for me is protection.

siguro sa hindi naka leather seats, para mas madaling linisin. remove, wash then back to the seats. rather than messing the seats...

lalo na kung hindi leather yung upholstery mo at may sakay kang pet dog or cat. hirap magtanggal ng balahibo. at least kung naka leather seat cover, punas na lang.

    - our conditions are quite dusty (not a big concern though)
    - to protect the upholstery from the kiddies (spilled coke, food, mud, etc...).
    - when i was in college, my girl block mates already "marked" my seats twice when they had their "monthly visits" unexpectedly... buti nalang my seatcover.
    - to protect from the pawis of the driver (minsan kasi natutulog sila sa kotse habang naghihintay).

Sayang kasi if you will just hide the seats, especially kung maganda ang designs and materials nito. Ang nangyayari tuloy bulok na ang sasakyan bago pa rin ang mga seats. Remember kasama sa binayaran natin ito then itatago lang natin. One other thing, hassle mag-palit ng seat covers.
