    Have it repainted nalang sir or covered with cf sticker.

    Pwede nyo rin po try ang MC cleaner.

    Or last solution, buy new MID cover ;)

    At this point, any chemical that may be able to remove the stain would most likely harm the surface of the dashboard as well.
