actually nag-pagawa na kami dyan dati ng moquette seat covers para naman sa jazz. ok naman kinalabasan. pero for some reason mas mahal talaga ang tela na seat cover as opposed to the leatherette variety

im planing to put leatherette for vios kaso naka leather seats na siya, the purpose is para di maluma ung leather seats ng vios. applicable po ba toh or waste of money lang? actually naka seat cover yung vios now pero sobrang pangit po eh, galing lang ng ace hardware ata

when you say "nakaleather na cia", do you mean na naka upholster na cia ng genuine leather? then you're planning to put another layer of leatherette? parang nde na yun maganda paps. OA na.

be it genuine or leatherette, enjoyin mo na lang ung beauty nia and use it normally. i have genuine leather sa B12 Sentra box type ko and it's been cguro 8 years na or more, and yes, meron cia mga regular wear and tear, pero maganda pa ren naman. I have leatherette on my Sentra N16 now from Boy Chincuanco sa G. Araneta QC and it costed me a measly 4.5K lang. ganda ng fit. ung Ace seatcovers(cloth or leatherette) for me are not worth it. nde maganda tahi and bumibigay agad kahit one year lang. same price ren for the Boy C that i got, or those of Seatmate's sa Mandaluyong.

kung babad yung car under the sun the seats get hot with leatherette (vinyl) or leather (animal hide). yung me perforation baka less hotter pero still hotter than cloth/fiber seats.

i mean sir, original oem leather seats na siya, as in leatherized seats ung stocks nia, no need naman na talaga lagyan but just for protection lang ng oem leather seats, would you advise me to have it seat covered with leatherettes?

Read from one of the threads, that leatherette seat cover could trap moisture bet. it and the seat material it is covering thereby causing molds to form inside? Also bec. of its inherent characteristics, it does not allow the material inside to "breathe".

Can anyone verify if any of these claims are true? I agree it does not allow the seat material underneath to "breath". But mold formation that is something that hasn't happened (thankfully!)to me with normal use .

during the ondoy aftermath, my car was submerged around 3/4 of the rear tire (inclined kaya sa harap wala pang 1/4)... after the rains I found out that water got into the right rear side (pero sa left wala) when I popped the bench seats up, I found out that the rear seats was also wet... when I got the leatherette cover out, I found that may molds na sa bench so I had it detailed... I can't say 100% that the molds was caused by trapped moisture, pero other seats (front) which was not wet did'nt have molds in them...

walang u turn pag nag pioneer ka.. dami pa nanghuhuli don.. dapat sa Edsa lagpas ka Robinson.. then kanan sa Madison (where suzuki is) then kanan papasok sa tunnel.. then diretso.. pagdating don sa munisipyo.. paikot.. then kanan ka don sa may munumento.. 9 de pebrero yun.. makikita mo na sa kaliwa seatmate..

Kung galing Cavite.. Roxas Blvd, kanan ka Quirino.. tapos akyat ka Zamora bridge.. then Sta. Mesa, then papuntang Lourdes Hospital.. Shaw Blvd na.. then kanan 9 de pebrero..

make it Martinez St.. 9 de Pebrero is the street parallel to Shaw - or simply say from Martinez (towards Shaw) one block before Shaw is 9 de Pebrero.

Cruising Boni avenue from Robinson's Pioneer (Tunnel) will lead you to Manda City Hall (Maysilo Circle), make a right turn (walang left po ha!) then ang susunod na block doon is Martinez na where you can see a bronze statue - make a turn here, few meters is Sto. Rosario St. intersection - on your left is SeatMate. It's between Martinez and Sto. Rosario Sts.
