Leder Interia maganda materials and craftsmanship. Pag may time ka, you can schedule home install.

at that price, i suspect it's not true animal hide.
leatherette siguro... german leather.. faux leather.. synthetic leather.., etc.

    but i am curious...
who does the local manufacturers' leather seats?

That's just leatherette seat cover. It will never be as good as real leaher reupholstery, far from it. Of course, it's much cheaper too. Real leather will set you back around 40-50k depending on the car.

Personally I prefer to keep my fabric seats than put on a leatherette seat cover, especially if the car comes with black fabric anyway.

But for most people who aren't as discerning, leatherette seat covers are satisfactory for them.

Yup it's just leatherette, which I think is good enough for most users. Naked fabric seats look a lot nicer, but there's always this worry at the back of your mind that the seats will get dirty and ugly faster.

Genuine cowhide reupholster is already too pricey at ~40k. Would rather reserve that for when the seats are already much too battered many, many years down the road.

aside from being colder, stock fabric seats now are a lot sturdier compared to the older ones.
    - konting pagpag lang tanggal na yung dumi at hindi agad bumibigay yung foam at fabric sa wear and tear. btw, i have two kids, 5yo and 1yo, just imagine the carnage (dirt and food crumbs) inside the car given that the wifey allows eating inside the vehicle.

these are the reasons kaya we've decided to refrain from covering our seats and maximize the research and technology done by the seat developers

+1 sa feeling magsslide hahaha yung montero namin before fabric seats pero color grey tapos ewan ko dami na mantsa kaya naisipan ko ipa leather cover kaso di ko nagustuhan lagi kasi namumuti eh so lagi ako punas ng punas. Mas maganda pa pina upholster ko nalang kaso super mahal.

No they don't get dirty and ugly faster, especially if they're black to begin with.

All my past cars I've had no problem with the fabric seats, even the beige ones on my Altis. It was harder to clean though but that's a tradeoff I'd take compared to the poor-fitting leatherette seat covers. For my other cars which all had black fabric seats, much easier to clean and looks so much better.

    1. Doesn't get hot
    2. Looks and fits better than leatherette seat covers
    3. Easy to clean, especially with the fabric on newer cars
    4. No need to spend 40k on real leather reupholstery

mga sir baka may alam kayo shop that can do leather seat covers for forty 2018 for shipping here in mindanao? fabric covers are good but needs constant cleaning & does not fit tightly, you have to constantly stretch after each use to have it look tight & nicer

In addition to item no. 2, the fabric seat covers maintain the original seat contour more versus the padded leatherette seat covers which reduce your lumbar support and make you sit a little more disconnected from the seats.

I also prefer fabric seat covers.
