Glad to hear that you got your ride back... Sa experience ko, okay ang quality control nila...stricto. So kung nireject nung quality control yung work, ikaw din yung beneficiary in the long run...

ganyan talaga ang buhay, it just depends on how they make it up to you.
its their business to allocate time allowance for unexpected delays, and so to make it up to you, they have to do something extra for you.

okay na rin kung maganda ang kinalabasan...ang mahirap eh nagawa nila on time pero mukhang minadali ang trabaho...
in your case medyo napadami yata hingi nila ng extension...dapat may konting discount, freebies or kahit man lang konting paumanhin from the owner or someone who has authority...

sana hinabaan nila yung leadtime nila or maglagay sila ng buffer just incase di pumasa sa quality control...
then pag pumasa naman agad sa unang pasada eh di mas ok...
matutuwa pa customer dahil napabilis pa ahead of the given target date. it's another way of pleasing your customers.
siguro nga nataon lang naman...dami kasi inayusan ng kelseat para sa custom car show. hehe...binuko ba. :D
i'm sure kelseat will explain their side naman...patas naman tayo dito sa tsikot eh. (naks, parang showbiz talkshow )
