Minutes of the Meeting:

1. 1st choice for our new club sticker is the one with the all white design... no control number anymore... 7 inches for the rear and 6 inches for the front... On the other hand, Patrick will be submitting another modification... will see if that will merit the final design... if not, will give the first one the go signal for printing so that it will be ready by next month's EB.

2. Although I'm willing to give up my post and be replaced... group consensus is that I stay as President of the club... no more designations for the additional set of officers... instead, they will be called "Core Group" consisting of 5 members... They will be the ones to deliberate with me regarding issues, and if i may need to designate some tasks... I will announce the names in the coming days.

3. We will be putting up our own website... Arnold Aol is the one in charge of the webhosting... Patrick will coordinate with him regarding the design, look and whatever requirements of the website... they will do some beta testing first.

4. We will have the group's name registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission.

5. Starting June... membership fee will be 500.00 and that includes the 2 stickers, ID, and for SEC registration and website maintenance... this applies to all members.


I am requesting everyone to please support the following undertakings... comments and suggestions are always welcome... but it's not enough that you have all the ideas in the world and just voice them out... ATTENDANCE in EB's still plays an important factor so that the group can move forward.
