Hi SG, not to start a flame war here or anything, but I think the correct term would be, "sinabihan din ako ni Master Jedi at hindi na ako mag-eendorse next time".

Not sure if being a moderator really gives one any special privileges here in this forum, pero ako, naniniwala kasi ako that rules should be the same to everyone (except if you are Master Jedi or any of the guys that made this site -- only for the reason that it is because they own the site). Reading this statement makes us think na bawal sa iba, pero kayo pagiisipan nyo pa kung bawal ba talaga sa inyo.

Now I personally don't like reading "ads", but if this thread will help the other Tsikoteers looking for Tucsons, then reading it from someone who is just helping a friend/agent sell, or an agent himself who is saying there is an available unit sa casa nila, is okay -- only because it is with the intention of helping inform Tsikoteers here to say that there is an available unit for this "hot item" now (Wag lang blatant ad posting like: "FOR SALE: XXX model, YYY price, look for ZZZ at AAA Hyundai dealer"). Pag di na hot item, syempre bawal na dapat.

Kasi ganito yan, hindi pa ulit kami nakakapag-usap ni Master Jedi, si Ate LR ang nagsabi sa'kin tungkol diyan kaya "hindi pa" ako sigurado sa statement ko.

EJ Sibayan is my friend. Honestly naging close kami kasi siya lang nakapag-bigay ng unit sa'kin ng walang reservation fee, sobra sobra pa sa inorder kong variant ang binigay Ginagawa ko lang 'to bilang sukli sa lahat ng nagawa niya. At wala akong masabi dyan sa taong iyan, mabait talaga, todo asikaso ako. Ilang client na nabigay ko sa kanya pero hindi ako nahingi ng referral fee ;)

Ok so ganito yan. Binasa ko ulit yung rules (Baka kasi sabihin ng iba sira-ulo ako kasi nag-sisita ako pero hindi naman nagbabasa ng rules) Wala naman pala mali sa ginawa ni Mr. Lui dahil wala nga pala "contact me/PM me". May nag-report lang kasi nung post niya, baka sabihin pa hindi ako umaaksyon sa report nila. Ngayon lang naman ako nag-sita diba.

Pero sana wala na yung "meron po sa'min Abad Santos".
