Looking for the owner of this WHITE HYUNDAI STA Fe with panoramic top glass / black roof, involved in shooting my 9 yr old daughter...

I am asking for everybody’s help to please spread the word and share this on your page...

On the early hours of December 06, 2013, Thursday 4am, I was about to bring my daughters to their school for their field trip. I was traveling along a narrow road at M.H. Del Pilar st, Brgy Bungad, Quezon City. When I came across this white Hyundai SUV with its very bright headlight directly blinding my sight. So when the driver of the said SUV and I met side by side, I brought my window down and he did so too... I asked him politely and said... “Brod, pwede mo namang ibaba” (meaning dim his headlight) he replied arrogantly, “eh, ano ngayon?!” I still kept my cool (knowing I have my children at the back) and just commented .. “brad, ang yabang mo naman...” Again he arrogantly replied "ang yabang mo din" while driving slowly away. I slightly drove forward looking on my side view mirror wanting to get a look on his plate. Then we heard 3 gun shots. My wife told me to drive away fearing there would be more shots. A few seconds later, my youngest daughter shouted "ARAY!" then our eldest daughter told us there was blood from her sister. My wife then hugged our youngest daughter and told me to drive to the hospital emergency room.

She was bleeding when we arrived at the ER and was later told by the doctors that she suffered from a through and through gunshot wound.

Her kidney and liver were both damaged from the shot and received blood transfusion during the operation.

Clearly seen are images of the Hyundai car involved. The vehicle is on his way to exit to Roosevelt avenue / Barangay San Antonio.

How can this irresponsible, arrogant person own a gun! I believe guns should be owned to protect life and not to bring harm.

I am now asking everyone to please help us find this guy and let justice rule for what he did to my little girl. She is just an innocent child who just wanted to go on a field trip with her sister and classmates and not knowing that she would end up in the ICU.

If you have any information that could help. Kindly inform us on this

That is a 4x4 TOTL Santa Fe either local or KDM. You can probably distinguish this car separately from the rest by its wheels. Hindi ba nkunan maski yung conduction number? Whoever the person is, he's an irresponsibly driver and an irresponsible gun owner!

This is so heartless. Anyway, its not the vehicle but the driver. Better yet transfer to good squad.

There's more to this story than what's posted. People don't just shoot other people just because they were asked to dim their headlights.

Will transfer my post sa goon squad. Sorry guys sa OT. Just so happen na Santa Fe yung involve kaya dito ko na post.

*kasper - I agree sir. Its not the vehicle but the driver.

*larry0609 - Naka private yung SantaFeClub sa FB. Although I think nag cicirculate na yung post around FB. Nasa Top Gear Philippines na rin siya.

*Walter - I agree. I probably the intention of the shooter was just to scare the other car. Sa likod yung mga tama (well obviously kasi naglampasan na sila) and downwards according to my friend. He probably was not aware na may kids sa likod. I was just affected since I also have kids that age. Regardless the reason, you just don't pop a gun like its the wild wild west. I think 3 shots were fired from a .40 cal pistol.

*mda - I totally agree with you sir! Nowadays, medyo dehado ka lagi kung magagalit ka sa kalye. You'll never know what type of people ang nasa kabilang kotse.

    Stay safe.

Ni share ko na yung post na yan sa Facebook. A hole yung driver na yun. By the way, the SF3 sa pic seems like it is not TOTL may ribbed yung roof, baka pina gloss black niya yung roof. Then again I might be wrong..

Hi SF3 owners. I just had my 1k pms and was advised that after starting the engine and before shutting down, kailangan mag wait ng at least 5 mins para mag cool down ang turbo. May nagpapractice po ba nito sa inyo ? Medyo hassle kasi minsan lalo na pag nagmamadali ka and hindi mo agad mashut down yung engine. Tia.

You only do that pag driven hard yung vehicle, extended highway run maintaining 2k or above rpm for prolonged periods. Pag city driving and low speed at least 30 sec to 1 minute idling before shutting off is enough. Gawin mo pag malapit ka na sa destination mo medyo slow down ka na and keep your turbo off boost. Cool down period narin yun so you shouldn't have to wait long to turn off your engine.

Me also I owned Stafe 3. sa akin naman walang usok every morning stating to warm-up engine except a little white smoke just maybe because of evaporation and then a minute only it gone. My fuel is Petron Turbo Diesel since coming out from casa about a couple of months ago.
