compatible kaya talaga itong Shell Helix Plus (for Gas) sa CRDi engine?

    any inputs guys?

meets or exceeds the type of specifications that you need...Sa ngayon

Ill check with the shell gas station mismo to check the label din.

    Hi Harold,

I did some searching about Shell Helix Plus and Shell Diesel helix Plus and

both of those oils were rates as SL/CF and CF respectively. API CF ratings

    are:

Introduced in 1994. For off-road, indirect-injected and other diesel

engines including those using fuel with over 0.5% weight sulfur. Can be

used in place of CD oils.

So I guess you better search for other oils that will meet those "Direct

Injected" and "Turbocharged" specifications for your CRDI engine...

API CF is obsolete for your eVGT CRDi engine

It should be CI or CJ. Fully synthetic is highly recommended

    Hi Tracker...

    Are you referring to CJ-4?

Anong oil nga pala yung may ganitong API rating?

*TS: Better change your oil to the recommended rated oil CI-4...

CF are not designed for direct injected and turbocharged engine...

Although you can continue using it...wala pa naman magiging problem engine

I i were you di ko tatanggapin yan . Sometimes ganyan casa, makabenta lang lahat gagawin There are other casa that allows customer's preferred oil, pwede ka pa PMS aside sa kinuhanan mong dealer.

Sa owners manual naka specify ang oil API rate at grade, they should follow it dahil sila ang CASA!

CRDi repair is VERY VERY expensive at ang problem hindi pa yan lalabas ngayon... maybe after your warranty period...

Shell Helix Plus on a Tucson CRDi engine? pwede din daw?
