Problem with fuel system of engine CRDI 2.0 2005 years

In general such here a problem. From an exhaust pipe there is a black smoke + solar oil throws out in the muffler. The fuel expense increases by 2-3 litres... From an exhaust pipe a smell of burnt solar oil, as in a fire. A compression of pistons in norm. Atomizers all workers. Car diagnostics shows that all gauges in norm, fuel system in norm. In what there can be a problem?

My guess, oil seal failure from the turbocharger's bearing/bushings.

The fix for that problem is either to replace the turbo or have it repaired using a repair kit.

If there is a power loss from the engine, you might have either a problem in the turbo or a leak in the intercooler.

As I would interpret it:

Hyundai Starex CDRi

dark smokey exhaust.

Oily tailpipe.

Cylinder compression test = normal

Fuel injectors = normal

ODB2 scan (or whatever electronic test was done) = normal

I'd check that the EGR valve is not stuck up first... as that might cause some of the symptoms... but it could be a turbo.

Have you replaced air and fuel filter?

Do you have the CHECK ENGINE light "on"?

Hi, we have the same problem with our CRDi Starex 2006. It emits black smoke especially when you step on the pedal on uphill climbs, or when during quick, sudden acceleration. I also feel na medju underpowered yung van... i remember we had this checked at the casa sometime ago and everything was ok daw... appreciate any help!
